Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. Had PCM flashed under Cummins recall, but refused to do any warranty work and tried to charge me for the inspection, also covered under warranty. Bill Estes in Brownsburg had no issue getting me taken care of, all work completed under warranty and fixed my truck, no charge and no questions asked. Avoid this place and take your business to Estes.

I’m not sure what good this will do. Long and short of it, Cummins put out a recall for the DEF system, required a flash which in turn grants an extended warranty. Cummins states that if your MIL light comes on or you experience issues, whether pre or post flash, if problems arise that are because of the recall, the truck is to be inspected, flashed and fixed under warranty. I tried to explain this to Miguel, who did nothing but fight me on it. He tried to tell me every possible reason under the sun that it wouldn’t be a DEF issue, or it would be something that wouldn’t be covered, and he flat out refused to even inspect the truck or have the codes read without charging me a $315 fee (which Cummins explicitly states would be covered, as they said if you have a DEF warning light or message, whether the parts are covered or not, inspection is free). We went back and forth over text for most of the day, I sent him the info and website from Cummins, and all he did was try to tell me why it “possibly” wasn’t the case, and would not run a diagnostic test. I still have the texts. I even spoke with the service manager by phone and got the same run around. Well, after this I made an appointment with another dealership’s service department who gave me zero issues. I explained what happened, and they took care of all the warranty work, no questions asked. Furthermore, even if something else were to ever go wrong with my truck, not related to the DEF system or any future recalls, their diagnostic fee is $100 less than what your service department charges. Knowing that in the near future I will have to have my ABS serviced and HCU replaced, I’ll give my business to said dealership. Cheaper diagnostic fees, friendly staff with good communication, and nobody trying to give me the run around or act like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Good customer service goes a long way, and your service department, Miguel in particular, just doesn’t have it.

Very good service.
Very good service. When I got there I didn’t have to wait around for an hour before someone offered to help me . I bought a used truck from them and it was an easy process and they had me rolling out of the parking lot with the truck in no time. Awesome place to go for a vehicle.
