Employee crashed my vehicle and dealership refused to compensate for loss of value. Dealership had newly purchased vehicle for 2 months. Vehicle was repaired poorly and left on lot with windows down in the rain. Would not recommend dealership.

Brought vehicle in on Monday for 2 items to be checked and was notified on Wednesday that 9 other items were needing repaired. For a price of $14,595. I didn’t ask for any of these items to be checked

I drove in didn't think they would let me get serviced

I drove in didn't think they would let me get serviced since I didn't have an appointment but they did. And it was fast too. Very respectful and nice ppl. I'll only come here with my Wagoneer

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because I had a front

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because I had a front light out.The dealership said they couldn't find the problem. I then took it to Andy Mohr and they found the problem. A $6.50 light bulb part. Also, a charge to fix my hydraulic brakes a $5000,00 charge. I won't be back.

York did a great job. First service on the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. They had me in and out in a time.
