The salesperson, James Trey Mudd, contacted my ex to let her know about my purchase - something that was deeply personal and confidential. As a result, she reached out to me, causing unnecessary stress during what should have been a positive milestone. This lack of discretion has had a real impact on my mental health, and I'm now juggling both a car payment and therapy costs. It's incredibly disappointing that what should have been a proud moment turned into a source of anxiety due to a clear lapse in professionalism.
