I'm not big on writing reviews, but I believe that the entire staff at Middletown Auto Sales deserves a great one! I bought a used Outback a year ago, and from the minute I walked in the door, from sales , to finance, and service, the level of customer service was phenomenal. They are actually honest, a rare quality in the used car industry .I bring the Outback in every few months for scheduled oil changes, and maintenance, I'm in and out quickly and the prices are excellent. When it comes time to purchase another used Outback , I'm definitely going back to Middletown Auto. You won't be disappointed !

Middletown Auto Sales has been the place and only place since I will ever take my car. Not only is the staff friendly they are extremely knowledgeable. Sharon always greets me with a smile and true concern for any issue I may be having, even just to receive an oil change. Joe Massetti has gone above and beyond to care for the needs of my car and my safety. He has taken extra time to look for needed items, to offer them to me at the lowest cost. The mechanics, Josh, Mark and Chris always greet me with a smile and explain everything to me in such a way that I understand completely. They never suggest or insist any work be done that is not needed. I feel and well taken care of every time I leave Middletown Auto Sales. I know I have received expert service at a fair price. Pat is also a great part of the team. He is always genuinely happy to see me and knows his cars. He is gracious with customers and all the moods that come along with purchasing a new car. You can be sure you will receive a great price and excellent service. The whole crew at Middletown Auto Sales really take the care of their customers seriously. Joe went above and beyond what we had expected from any dealer. Before calling Joe we went to Firestone to find out about our illuminated tire pressure light. We were told that TPMS sensor was bad, and it would cost $140 to fix it. We called Joe and he told us to bring in our RAV 4 in, that he thought it may be the O ring in the valve stem that may need replacing. Sure enough, Joe was right. Instead of a $140 fix at Firestone, Joe came up with a $6 repair. He is one of the good guys in a sometimes devious business. My entire family has purchased cars here and Joe has always helped us out with a good deal or advice. We highly recommend this dealership.

This is my third try at writing a review, not sure why not listed, But I will try again. Middletown Auto sales is absolutely by far the best dealership I have ever experienced. I am not a novice by any means visiting car dealerships. Joe Massetti is AMAZING. He is not in it to take advantage of you, quite the opposite. He goes above and beyond not just your likes and dislikes, but your SAFETY is key to him. If my other 2 reviews appear on this site, they will all read differently but with the same exact bottom line. These guys are unbelievably honest, pleasant, professional, you will not leave completely satisfied. Its not about the sale, they want to get you into something not only that meets your needs, but go above and beyond for your safety. No pulling any fake sales here. Now here is a company that really cares about their client base. They are honest, fair and well informed. They work for the customer. Now that should be a theme they should use..."We Work For Our Customer". The very best service I have had. They quoted me $400 to repair my truck, other places were quoting me $600-$700. They didn't add on a bunch of superfluous charges an xxxx up my leg and try to tell me its raining. They shot straight with me from the very minute I told them what the problem was.
