Great guys to work with. Extremely professional, no hassle, no haggling, no fuss. Definitely a dealership I would come back to the next time I need to look for a car.

I first came in about an year ago because my son was looking for a car. I found him a Toyota Solara. Pat Salvatore was my sales rep and Joe Massetti is the Manager, both whom are very personable and professional. My son loved his car however it seemed to be pulling to the left and without hesitation Joe put on a new set of tires. I knew I was going to purchase a new car for myself but was waiting for mine to die. Well it was on it's way out so again, I went to see Pat & Joe and they greeted me once again with a smile. I purchased a 2014 Rav4 which I absolutely love! My experience was excellent again, so personable and no pressure. The vehicle did not come with mats so Joe purchased a set of mats for me. Things like that make you come back again and again and give you a reason to refer people to their dealership. I am glad I formed a great friendship with them (AND 2 TOYOTA'S LATER) )would encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them because they have integrity and of course are out to sell cars but they do it the right way!

I have never written a review before , especially about a used car dealership. I will start by saying I' m not easily pleased by most dealerships but I have to say Middletown Auto Sales stands above the rest. Everyone, from sales to service know what they are talking about and are concerned after the sale. I want to thank Pat, Joe, Steve and Josh. Also want to mention, give them a try for servicing your vehicle, Steve and Josh are excellent and honest....Rare find, Thanks Henry

When we decided to purchase a used vehicle, it took us many weeks and many return visits---not because we couldn't find what we were looking for, but because we were visiting other used car dealerships and could not compare to the friendliness, honesty and no-pressure feeling we received from Pat. When we would return to look again at a vehicle that we had test driven, it was usually already sold which proves what a great dealership they are and the quality of their vehicles. When we did finally buy our 2010 Mazda CX-7, the entire transaction was so easy for us, thanks to Joe. And, having recently moved from Massachusetts, that means alot! Recently, I had a headlight replaced for no charge (great service department too) and all we can say is that Middletown Auto Sales Stands behind their promises and vehicles. We would buy another used vehicle here in the future and recommend others to do the same.

I worked with Pat and Joe when I bought my 2002 Solara Camry.. Honest answers to questions and a good deal. Joe was great in explaining how he worked with customers who bought from him and Pat was a no fuss no muss salesman...No pressure to buy, (hard to come by these days and appreciated). Both men were friendly and respectful. Having a problem with convertible roof and went down today. Joe and Head mechanic Mark spent a good deal of time trying to pinpoint the problem and may have done so...gotta drive it a bit to see. But they were really helpful and I was not charged. Now I dont expect that all the time, but I just bought the car and I felt like they really wanted to correct the problem. I anticipate a great relationship with this Dealership and have certainly gotten off to a great start! Thanks to Joe, Pat and Mark. Ned Pitkin
