We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Dave Shehu at Blasius of Middletown and could not be happier! Dave was great to work with – professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. And when it came time for the inevitable paperwork, Francisco was also wonderful, he made it all very easy and clear for us. The car was delivered to us in great shape, all shined up and ready to roll. I recommend Blasius and Dave Shehu specifically, and plan on going back for future car purchases for our family!

Great Salesman Service - Dave Shehu
Dave Shehu is the best salesperson we've had in a very long time! We got the sense right away that he was honest, very knowledgeable but not pushy. We weren't entirely sure what we wanted in a car or mini-van, and he did everything he could to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. We ended up with a Ford Explorer and we are really happy. We were also able to take advantage of their dealer financing, getting an extra discount on the price of the car and a great interest rate as well!

At Their Best for 2022
Lourdes Torres is the Sales Representative that we should all be checking for. We gave her a call and set up an appointment today and she made it happen! Nonetheless, the entire staff, including management and finance put the "T" in Team Effort because they move as a unit and must be commended on such a job well done. Having prior car sales experience(20+) years in the business, this place didn't have a sales pitch or gimmick. Blasius of Middletown and the entire staff has earned my business for years to come. Excellent service
I purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass after I was in an accident with mine. Blasius made the process simple and fun. They were patient with my insurance company payout and professional throughout. Everything was seamless!

Customer abuse
Terrible experience after purchase. My truck had some issues so I contacted Blasius of Middletown. After having to make several phone calls with promises for a call back, I finally got through to Adam. He said he would help me and got me in for service, while offering me a car with a dealer plate. This was a helpful option so I wouldn't have to miss work. When I dropped off the truck , I was greeted by Jimmy F the General Manager. He instantly gave me and attitude and was rude and told me all the things he wasn't going to do. He had a fit about the promised loaner car and initially said he wouldn't service the vehicle and wanted me to reschedule and bring the car to Waterbury, an hr from my home. He was angry and confrontational. I was very uncomfortable dealing with him and as he continually reminded me that HE was the GM (as to disregard the promises Adam made to me) you would think that a GM would understand the value of customer service. This was probably the worst Ive ever been treated and would never recommend or do business with this dealership again. You shouldn't feel like you are close to a physical altercation with a GM of a dealership, just because your emergency brake is not working. Maybe Blasius can offer anger management for this employee. He also exibited this inappropriate behavior in front of 3 other employees. They appeared shocked and embarrassed.

Good experience
Entire process was just as smooth as hoped. Communication was great throughout, all costs were laid out up front and time was given to weigh all options. Their financing had a better rate than what we had available and no problems occurred. Test drive was flexible, trade-in was easy, and I would definitely go back to them. Dave S. was great!

Would not recommend
I was interested in a vehicle that was listed as having a 3rd row of seats, it did not. Terms of the sale was to haver the right bumper fixed, pre-inspection showed the trim around the wheel well was glued on and already separating. $500 key fob was falling apart, they only had one key for a $33,000 high end vehicle sale and refused another; harsh take it or leave it. Was charged over $700 over listed price because I wanted to pay with cash vs using their lender for a loan. Inflexible and non reliable. Salesman kept taking mask off when I was sitting right across from his desk telling him I had a premature baby at home that I needed to protect and to please stop pulling off his mask. He subconsciously continued and I just gave up asking for this courtesy.

Honda pilot
We went to purchase a Honda pilot from them. We were filled out the paper work and then he texted me to tell me a worker wanted to buy the car. He said you didnt put a deposit down, but he didnt say to. We thought since we were doing the paper work they wouldnt sell the car until we knew if we got approved or not. I think if a customer was filling out paper work for a car you should wait to buy it.

This is Jim Spencer again I can not stress my satisfaction with this dealership I stopped by this morning talked to Boz told him I had problems with heat button sticking he went and talked to mechanic asked did I have twenty minutes and it was fixed and on my way even the mechanic was absolutely fantastic bend over backwards to help. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience than here. (Almost makes me want to buy another just for the experience) 😂
