My wife and I had been looking for a new Sorento for quite some time. We used USAA's car buying service and Elise worked with us to get the car we wanted for the best price possible. We are very happy with the car and the friendliness of the employees. Would definitely recommend these guys to other buyers.

This was my first time buying a car in the US and as a college student I was on a pretty tight budget, I was working with Alex at first and he fully understood my budget situation and neither of the sales people I worked with tried to push any car over my budget price on me. They showed me the cars they had that fit my criteria and left me to concider. Sure enough 2 days later I came back to look at the most promising of the cars, and I was greeted by Fernando who was very helpful n showing me the car and letting me take it for a test ride. When I made my decision on the car, it was working out to be a bit over budget with sale + tax, but he talked with his manager and got it back within the price range, which was very kind and more than helpful. The weseloh team fixed any bugs I pointed out before the pick up date, and even when I had a problem with the car a few days later, Fernando came personally and jump started the car for me. Over all the wesloh group was very helpful and friendly.

I was already irritated with my last vehicle having to fix my car over and over again and it was time to purchase a new car. I was a bit worried I didn't want to be hassled by a sales person into buying a vehicle I really didn't want, but Oscar made my decision easy and for this being my first time buying a brand new car made the experience hassle free.

Went to Weseloh Kia in Carlsbad to test drive a car on Friday night. The next day, I was planning on buying an Infinity G37. That was before I met Elise! The service I received from Elise was beyond outstanding. Sat morning, I went down and purchased the Optima SX fully loaded. I see why they call this car SX, cause it is sexy! I tell everyone I meet that wants to see my car, they have to see Elise, she is amazing. I am soo pleased I purchased the Optima and thankful I met Elise. So pleased, that the next day, I went back and bought my wife a Suburban!

One of the best dealerships I've ever been to. The service was outstanding. Randy and Carlos made sure that they have the exact car that I wanted. They never pushed me to get something that I didn't want in the vehicle unlike most dealerships do. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

While on a road trip from northern Arizona for a memorial service and family reunion, my 07 Kia Sedona died on the freeway several times. Check engine came on, ESC system shut down. It was late on a saturday morning when we called. Matt Winston in the Service Department answered the phone and helped us with directions. We limped into the dealership and were met by Matt on arrival. He took the car in and it was diagnosed as having a bad throttle position sensor. Wow! The dealership actually had the part in stock - no three day wait - how cool is that? We were back on the road within two hours with a new TPS and a software upgrade to our main computer. The car runs great. My family and I would like to express our deepest graditude to Matt Winston, the technician who got us in and out so quickly, and the dealership for having such high customer service standards. You guys really saved our trip. Love my Kia, love this dealership!
