I just had my first-ever Kia servicing at Weseloh, and wish to highly commend the Service Dept. and Matt Winston, in particular. He was efficient, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and very thorough. My Kia and I will return to Weseloh!

We would like to say how please we are with our buying experience. We were scare to go to dealers because of all the horror stories we heard from friends and family members. But I have to say that this was very different not pushy, no lies, no faking nest. We told Paul the sales associate what we wanted and what we needed and he help us get just that without pressure at all. We were there with my daughter and he was super nice and patient with her making us feel very comfortable to make our decision about the car. Carlos guide us through the finance process, he try his very best to speak Spanish to my husband (even though he speaks more Portuguese) to make sure he understood the paperwork. Thank you so much for such a great costumer service. We highly recommend Weseloh KIA Carlsbad.

Carmine and Greg went out of their way to locate the best value and vehicle for my daughter and researched several options to make sure that they explored all avenues. There was absolutely no pressure and they made the purchasing experience quick, explaining all options along the way. As a past customer of the Weseloh Auto Group, I will continue to give them my patronage when new or used vehicle purchases are needed. My hat is off to Carmine and Greg for their informative assistance and knowledge to get me the best value.

I took my 1997 Saturn in for service and found out that the repairs required would be more than the vehicle was worth. Mike the service rep. took the time to explane the problem to my son on the phone and was very supportive of me. He sent me home in the courtesy van and told me to take my time deciding what to do. I returned the next day and Carmine Mirabella helped my son and I buy a KIA. Both Mr. Mirabella and Mr Santos the finance manager took the time to explain everything to my son and me.We had gone to the dealer in my son"s vehicle so he drove his truck to my home, I drove the Saturn and Carmine followed me in the KIA. We then returned him to the dealer. Mr Olson, Mr. Mirabella and Mr. Santos called to make sure I was happy and to answer any questions that I might have. I am so pleased with this experience and with the people I worked with and I love my new KIA.

Carlos was extremely helpful and patient with us during the week or so that we were doing our research on which brand/model best suited our needs. In the end, we settled on the Kia Soul. We used the Costco Auto purchase program and it was a great experience. I feel like we got a good deal without all of the very time consuming and adversarial haggling over price. The Costco connection made the entire buying experience great, along with Carlos' personal attention and professional conduct. Delivery process was excellent, every feature on the car was reviewed and he also paired our phones to the car's standard equipment Bluetooth stereo. Awesome service and professionalism. Elise Was a great sales person. Let me look at the cars without being pushy.. She was kind and knolwlegable about the features that come with the cars.. I explained the price range I could work with and she did not try High pressure me into something I could not buy... I stopped in to buy a used car and ended up with a 2012 Kia Soul. I got the base model with no additions but even it is loaded with features like stability control and satelite radio. For its size and price it accelerates and handles very well. The car was cheaper than most 3-5 year old used cars, comes with a great warranty and everyone at Kia Carlsbad was really nice. I felt a little bad even as the finance guy stayed pretty late to finish up the paper work. If your looking for the most bang for your buck try Kia Weseloh in Carlsbad. I'm glad I did.

I purchased the Kia Rio ExGDI and I'm very satisfied. The car came with a bunch of cool features and Bob was VERY helpful in explaining every feature. He showed us and described to us basically everything about the car. He was a great help in finding us the perfect car for our family. This deaership was great, I highly recommend it.

The leasing experience for the new Kia Soul was great! Alex Gonzales discussed our needs and pricing expectations. All were nicely met. The Soul we picked out is great and if you are Honda or Toyota fan....do yourself a favor and check out the Kia Soul...by far the best in price performance. The attention and service from Alex was the best we have experience in at least the past ten year or more. We would highly recommend the dealership team and especially Alex for all of his direct support.
