My experience with Weseloh KIA and especially with Carlos Arias was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first email to actually meeting for the test drive, from the original requests and concerns, Carlos came up with creative solutions which exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did they stay open 2 hours extra just for me (including financing), but he even was able to help with picking me up after dropping off my old vehicle! I had a chance to check out the service department this week when I had some accessory equipment installed on my new vehicle. I worked with Paul at Weseloh Kia Carlsbad and he was just as great to work with as Paul (the salesman who sold me the car). He clearly described the work to be done, the cost, and the time it would take. Of course he delivered - everything was just as it was promised, and he had the car ready ahead of time. It's clear these guys focus on treating the customer right every time, which is why I will definitely be back ... for service as needed, and for future car purchases. Carlos is AWESOME! He made the car buying process very easy. We made an internet inquiry, received an almost immediate response with a very good offer! I recently purchased a brand new Kia from Weseloh. These 'salesmen' were worlds apart from their counterparts at other dealers around town. They weren't pushy, didn't pressure me to buy and were incredibly courteous, helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. Go in and ask for Alex or Paul. Both men knew what they were talking about and tried to help me get the best price they could offer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a brand new car. The entire process was quick, painless, and left me completely satisfied.

This is how car buying should be. Paul and the entire team were great to work with. There were no high-pressure tactics. They answered my questions and let me make the right decision. Carmine Mirabella was very helpful in helping me pick out my car of choice. The overall experience was very nice. I cannot say enough how great I thought the whole sales experience was for me. Very straight forward and I was in and out before I knew it. If you had a higher rating scale I would give Carmine 11+ across the board.
