I was given wonderful customer service and I would recommend John to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. He works in a timely and professional manner...which is very important to a busy mom of 3 like myself.

We bought a used 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from Shuman in July. At the time of purchase I was concern about the gas pedal sticking at the top and slight click in the front end when going over bumps. I express my concerns to salesmen; He ensured the vehicle was gone through very closely. I also stated I want all schedule maintenance, recalls or TSB up to date. Again he ensured it?s all good. My wife wanted the vehicle, so we bought it. The day of pick up I called the salesmen and asked him to look at the pedal again and he told me the mechanic sprayed WD-40 on it and it?s fixed. I had to fix the sticky gas pedal myself with crab cleaner (regular maintenance); the vehicle has the wrong EGR valve. (TSB) The vehicle was past due for a tune up (regular maintenance) and also the front and back tires didn?t match. I just found out today? Both front Struts assemblies, sway bar are shot. REALLY? All of this should be caught on your inspections!!!! I put my children in this car, and the way I see it? THEY KNEW THE VEHICLE HAD ISSUES AND DIDN?T FIX THEM AND PUT MY CHILDRENS LIFE IN DANGER. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
