Great experience

I recently purchased a 2017 CX-5, and worked with David Thomas. He was very professional, low pressure, and made the process a positive one. He spent his time explaining what the vehicle had to offer, and did not pressure me to make a decision. It was his confidence in the vehicle that sold me. I came back after 6 weeks of checking out other vehicles. I am very satisfied with the whole experience, through purchase, and love driving my new Mazda! I look forward to the same experience with the service department in the coming years.

Very pleasant

Bought a used car there this week. Very pleasant experience. Karl and the rest of the team their was very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. I had been to several dealerships prior to Continental ..., some good, some not so good, but Continental was by far the best. Highly recommended!

Be Careful

Excellent job on preparing the used car I purchased from out of state. Terrible customer service. The salesman was not familiar with a wire transfer payment. After confirming twice in writing and with a phone call the importance of my pick up time, the salesman changed the pick up time at 8pm the night before to accommodate his schedule. The purchase documents had to be redone 3 times before they were correct. It took 3 hours for what should have been a 30 minute process. If you are local and have tome to burn probably not an issue. If you are considering an out of state purchase DO NOT use this dealership.

An easy decision

I live in ny car. So when ny 6 yr old car was pushibg 140,000 miles, it was tine to look for a new one. The new Maxda CX-5 Hrand Touring is by far the nicest and sweetest ride I've ever had. Takibg it out on tbe trst track was amazing. The comfort, the handlibg, rhe ride, rhe color made the decisiob to buy super easy. They gave me a great price on the new car and were fair wirh ne on ny trqde in. With great financing, i wont mind making rhe payments on rhis car..Thank you Continrntal for makibg buying a new car zo easy and enjoyable.

Great team experience

Jeremy***, Anthony, Denny, Bob, Bare, and the unseen prep guys all made it a seamless positive experience. Jeremy's hustle, positive demeanor, and sense of humor are unmatched. As the doors were being locked, despite saying he would stay, I told Nate to go home and that I would figure out the rest. You can try to train that but it's the person's character to do. All welcoming and helpful.

First time Mazda and Miata owner

This was my first experience with any Mazda dealer. I couldn't be more pleased. Karl was easy to get in touch with and very professional. The sale was low pressure. During my initial test drive, I was not quite ready to make a purchase. Karl stayed in contact, but did not annoy me. When I was ready to buy, the dealer had sold the car I wanted. There were no others in the near vicinity. Karl was able to procure one and the sale went off without a hitch. He also followed up after a few days to see if I had any questions.
