Phenomenal and Sincere!
Absolutely an effortless and comfortable experience overall! I hadn't financed a vehicle in ages and was very skeptical about doing so this time. However, David Thomas was very reassuring from start to finish. He explained every detail from credit check-score-financing-monthly payments, and even better and feasible options for me. During my initial visit, David ensured that he understood what I was looking for and he took the time to listen to my demands. Although some were unattainable and out of this world, he did not complain or fuss about it, instead he was educative and accommodating. He followed up with no pressure to buy instantly, but kept in contact. I appreciated that because that was one of the main thing I was skeptical about in purchasing a car. He further provided solutions to all my questions and challenges and was very sincere. Fast forward 3 weeks, we selected a 2017 Mazda 3 GT just few weeks ago (Aug. 5th), and I must confess, an absolute pleasure so far! From Anthony Storino to Mark Bimel (General Sales Managers), it was a blast and pleasant experience. Everyone kept contact, but did not pressure to purchase. Please understand, these dealers trust the performance and built of what they sell, and have the confidence to back it up. That's exceptional and recherche in major car dealerships! Nice surprise
We were pleasantly surprised with our buying experience at Continental Mazda. We contacted the internet sales department and got a quote on the car we wanted, but we were out of the market for several weeks after that and we weren't pestered by calls or emails. When we decided to buy, the car was still available and we worked with Karl and Tim to get the deal done. They were both friendly and easy to work with and made the experience less stressful. I don't think that it took much more than 90 minutes to complete the deal and for them to detail the car. Buying a car shouldn't be the dreadful experience that some dealerships make it. It was nice to drive away in a new car and not feel like we had TKOed in the twelfth round. We will definitely come back here if and when we are buying a new Mazda!

Purchasing a Miata
Dan Eugea was my sales representative who was very knowledgeable about Miatas. Dan is a good listener. He asked questions about what I wanted in a newer Miata. He gave me input so I good make the best decision as to which model. I ended up purchasing a low mileage certified Mazda. My purchasing experience was good and the service personnel are great. I had my prior Mazda for 14 years. My new Miata puts a smile on my face everyday.

Wasted my time.
Went to test drive a used BMW. I emailed and called the day before to set up an appointment. When I arrived, I was handed off to 3 different sales people and then told the car was in service and up in the rack. They would not drop the car so I could see.

Out of state information
After agreeing on a purchase price for a used vehicle, I was made aware that no out of state checks were accepted (even a certified check from a bank would not work). The only option was to finance everything through them or bring cash. Any down payment would need to be cash as well. On a Thursday, I was told that I could have the money wired on Friday and then come view the vehicle on Saturday. The same salesman told me on Friday that wiring the money was not a good idea. After two days of trying to figure out how I could pay, I was told that the truck was sold. Either the salesman needs to learn some more details about selling to an out of state customer or the management needs to change some procedures.

Best new car buying experience ever.
I really enjoyed working with Jenny Rosson at Continental Mazda of Naperville. It was a very stress free process - no pressure, no rushing. They have a test track that you can use for the test drive - that was fun ! She spent a great deal of time answering questions, and going over the various trim levels of the CX-5 SUV. We really enjoyed the experience, and feel like we got a very fair deal on both the car and the trade-in. Highly recommended.

Great experience!!
I went to Continental Mazda after I had my Subaru serviced right next door June 2017. I’d been looking at the CX-5 back in 2014 and then 2016 at another dealership but wasn’t happy with the car. I knew Mazda made upgrades for their 2017 and I decided to look one more time. I feel that I was the most fortunate person to have Dan Eugea see me in the lot and help me out with everything. He was knowledgeable, kind, and an all-around wonderful person. I had so many questions, kept asking to drive around, and had him drive for me so I could get the passenger feel. He did everything with a smile, sense of humor and never a hint of negative attitude even when he couldn’t find the color I chose but that got worked out. Mazda3
We contacted this dealership as we were looking for a Mazda3 in Machine Gray with a 6-speed transmission, and there were not any cars like this in our immediate area. They contacted us promptly and had a much better price than any of the local dealerships had for a comparably equipped Mazda3. We ended up buying a Subaru, but would have gone through Continental Mazda had we decided upon the Mazda3.
