My car buying experience with Brian at Napleton Mazda of Naperville was amazing, stress free, no underhanded sneaky stuff like you encounter with many other car dealerships and their employees. I am so grateful to have met Brian who truly did all he could to make sure I purchased a great vehicle for my family and I. If your looking to buy a car this is the place to go. Great service

Brought my car in for service and some new tires. Jen was able to help me and gave me a car to take to pick up my son while they were working on it. Love the service staff here!!!

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT STAFF

I come in to service all the time and Dennis and his team are great! Always providing me with great insights on my vehicle and I enjoy the videos of my vehicle as well! DEFINITELY WOULDN'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! CROOKS!! They sold me a vehicle that they claimed they fixed the problem and didn't!! On the same day driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on and the vehicle vibration came back. They sold me a warranty that they said would cover it and now that warranty company says its not covered. I haven't had the car for more than one day..its been at Napleton Mazda and now at Napleton Chevy. Not napleton chevy says it going to be $650 or more. When Marty Napleton said they would take care of it!!! Told them to cancel the purchase cause it's a lemon. They said I stuck with the vehicle and stuck paying for the repairs.. ABSOLUTE CROOKS AT THIS PLACE!! PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THEM. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT

I just realized yesterday that you guys pulled a fast one on me. You guys added $2000 to the price if the Hummer!!! Its was online for $10,900+ and at signing you guys put it at $12,500+. My fault for not checking the numbers before signing the paperwork. THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE AND F#*xxxxx CROOKS!! I hope and pray my attorney can get you people back for all this..I have a screenshot and Cars.com is sending what the vehicle was listed at!! I will not stop til all this is fixed!!! I will leave reviews on every website possible every month!! Reached out to NBC 5 Investigates!!! CROOKS

I purchased my new Mazda CX5 from this dealership. I had a wonderful experience there. This was my best car buying experience. I felt welcomed and felt completely at ease buying from this dealership. Tom was fantastic to work with. I am so happy that I will continue to service my car there.
