Continental Mazda of Naperville

In just over a one year period we purchased two Mazda automobiles. Both autos, one a Mazda 3 and the other a MX 5 (Miata) were purchased from the same salesman - Mr. Dave Thomas. Both times the experience was great. An outstanding person to do business with. The Miata was purchased early in the Corona virus and Dave delivered it to our home as a precaution. Don't expect to be in the market again for a car in the near future, but if I was I would not hesitate to look up Mr. Thomas again

Honest and Easy to work with

Jenny Rosson was very easy going and nice to work with. Car was on site and ready as promised. Dealership was very nice, clean and friendly. Car was very clean and well maintained. Could suggest a full fuel tank. Otherwise, great first car buying experience

New Mazda 6

I purchased a new 2020 Mazda 6 Karl Tanhueco was extremely helpful and courteous. The dealership was also very helpful. I highly recommend Continental Mazda. No hassles or haggling over the price. We called the dealership for the price in advance, it was a good price, went to the dealership and bought the car! Had a question after I bought the car. My email was promptly addressed.

Customer buying satisfaction

I was very happy with the purchase of my 2019 CX 5 from Naperville Mazda. Adrian Rojas was terrific in explaining all the features and my wife and I found him to be very accommodating. I compared the vehicle with the Honda CR-V and felt the CX 5 was a much higher quality vehicle. This is our first Mazda but we would certainly consider buying another. You could pay a lot more for the quality and features my vehicle has. Congratulations to Mazda for a beautiful vehicle and thank you to Adrian for his assistance!!!

I recently purchased a Mazda, at Continental, and what a great experience. Jennie was very helpful and patient,, and very knowledgeable about the car. It was a feel good experience, knowing that your purchase was done with a professional and honest salesperson.. Sometimes , you walk out with second regrets.
