Incredible 'First Car Buying' Experience

Jeremy and the Team at Continental Mazda made this car buying experience an incredible one. Jeremy took my check list seriously, spoke directly with me and answered all my questions. There was no sense of pressure to make an immediate decision, and once I did he did the best to get me a great deal. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Jeremy to anyone looking to purchase a great car!! Thank you Mazda team!

Friendly non pushy helpful customer service

Jeremy was very patient and helpful throughout my time at the dealership. He was extremely entusiastuc about helping me learn the car - all the way until 11 pm at night when I finally drove off the lot and let him get home to his family. I apologized throughout the night but he insisted that he enjoys teaching people and getting them acquainted with their new Mazda.

My first time buying a new car

I did a lot of research ahead of time, went to quite a few dealers. I knew what I wanted. I worked with Brad Waite at Mazda and he was great. He knew his cars, very friendly, honest, never felt an ounce of pressure. He helped me explore all of my options, and never tried making a decision for me. Overall great experience, however Mr Denny, the manager, seemed somewhat indimidating.

Great Service from Dan Eugea

I recently purchased my new 2016 CX5 from Dan Eugea. I was extremely apprehensive buying a new car but Dan made the experience easier for me. He was very personable, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely a great guy! He let me test drive all of the cars that I was interested in and patiently answered all my questions and knew all of the answers ensuring I understood. At the end of the experience I walked out with a beautiful car and without Dan to assist me I don't know if I would have thought of Mazda as highly as I do.

A pleasure doing business

No hassle and no pressure. Lots of information and an honest approach. I've bought several cars and this was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I get the feeling that the people at this Mazda dealership recognize they are representing really great products that exceed customer expectations at a very reasonable prices. I traded in my BMW645 because I could no longer afford to fix it after the warranty was gone. Continental gave me a really fair price for it and let me test drive the Mazda 3 series on their private road course. Frankly, I was shocked at how well it handled. Excellent customer service

While we did not end up purchasing a car from Mazda, we had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this location to others. Specifically to work with Efrain. He was very patient and hard working and we never felt like he was being pushy. He was very nice and seemed genuine. The test track is very nice as well so that we could try out different elements. We ended up going with a Hyundai due to extra leg room, but the CX5 was the #2 choice for us.
