Sales person was informative and helpful

Although I did not end up buying a car from this dealership, I had a good experience with them. Jenny the sales rep knew her product very well and was very professional and informative. The test drive was an excellent demonstration of the car. A very low price from another dealership (not Mazda) was the only reason I didn't buy from Continental.

Well worth it!

We met with Brad Waite of Mazda. We appreciated most was Brad's approach when we first came to see own new vehicle. He wasn't pushy and let us make the decision. One the first day we had other options of different cars we wanted to look at that were at other dealerships. He understood that and why we know he did is because at the end of our visit he let us walk out the door. That to us was a very important factor of buying a new car. As we continued to searched we kept comparing everything to the vehicle we saw first! Everything about it we loved. Most importantly it is a VERY SAFE vehicle! Brad also showed us the same vehicle we wanted that was in a very bad accident and the woman walked away with a seat belt burn. We wanted a vehicle that will keep us safe. We are very excited and happy with out new purchase.

Awesome Experience

Highly recommended, Jenny Rosson was very customer service oriented, friendly, passionate about helping us and knowledgeable in the product she supports, as it was displayed in the vehicle overview she provided. Look forward to working with them in the future. Love my 2016 Mazda CX5.

Completely Enjoyable Experience

I really enjoyed working with Jeremy Storino to purchase my 2016 Mazda Mazda3. He applied no pressure to purchase the car right away. he let me know sit in a 3 and a 6, set up an appointment time to test drive, once again with no pressure to buy. He also contacted me a couple of times to see if I had any questions on the Mazda3. He also explained in great details everything about the car and its features along with providing cost options for both financing and leasing. Finally, this location provided the best offer for my trade-in, which was not functional. I would definitely consider this dealer for my next car.

Brad is a great guy with terrific enthusiasm the Mazda brand he proudly sells and for life in general. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his trade. I strongly recommend working with Brad if considering a Mazda.

Great sales guidance through Costco program

We had a challenge in deciding between a fully loaded used car and a brand new car and Efrain patiently helped us weigh the pros and cons to come to the right decision for us - it was the new car.

Very thorough and easy to work with.

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Brad. This is the best experience I have had car shopping! He is so thorough and made sure my husband and I understood all the features of our new vehicle. Robert in finance was very helpful as well.

Just ok.

The salesman named Ephraim was very nice. We felt that the finance person, Bob was.upset with us because we didn't buy his extended warranties. We have excellent credit and we're given a terribly high finance rate because we refused to buy extra warranties like rust protection. Also, the interior of the van we bought wasn't very clean. I've emailed and texted our salesman twice, and he never responded at all. We will not be back.

Great service and excellent price!

Brad gave me a great price on my Mazda 3. No pressure. No up sell. No hidden fees or deceptive quotes. When he says that he wants what's right for you - he means it! In fact, he came in on his day off because I had dropped by the dealership to get some additional pricing. I would go back to Continental Mazda again. I plan to have my car serviced there, too. By the way, the car is terrific.

Outstanding experience, great people to work with

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 Touring with Continental Mazda. I began looking for a new car in July 2015 and shopped around at a few different dealers. The CX-5 was always the top contender. I went back to Continental in December and made sure I went back to Brad (he helped me over the summer). As soon as he saw me, he remember exactly which model I previously looked at and remembered a lot of my "must-haves" when helping me choose the right car. He was outstanding to work with--he was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of choosing and buying my new car. A few other employees helped throughout the process (i.e. financial information, etc.) and they were wonderful, as well. Overall, the dealership had an extremely friendly and comfortable vibe. I felt like I could trust what they were saying, as well as have some laughs along the way! I am extremely happy with my decision and love being in my car, even during my long commutes to work each day--Brad did a great job helping me pick specific add-ons that I needed in my car (i.e. AWD, Moonroof/Bose package, etc.). I have already recommended Brad to a few of my co-workers who are looking to purchase a new vehicle! I highly recommend not only Continental Mazda, but if you can, try to have Brad help you! Thanks Brad and thank you Continental Mazda for such a positive experience!
