Loving our Mazda 3 i Touring

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Jeremy took a great amount of time to show us around and point us toward the best bang for our buck. He was patient, kind and extremely helpful through the whole process. The best part of all was that we never felt any pressure. We were treated very farely by all involved. I would highly recommend Continental Mazda of Naperville to anyone looking for a great car and fantastic service.

First Car Purchase

Skylar worked with me since October to pick the right car for me. He always was ready with a lot of info, and when he didn't know something, he would go find out for me. I was very happy working with him to buy my mazda3

Best Mazda dealership!

Excellent dealership! I worked with Brad Waite to purchase and later sell my Mazda CX-7, and overall it was a great decision to travel from Rockford to Naperville to purchase and service my vehicle because the customer experience here is worth the drive. The Mazda dealership in my hometown can't compete with the service or customer satisfaction that was experienced at Continental.

Quick, Fast and In a Hurry

I bought a commuter car for myself in June of 2014 and did so with Continental Nissan. So when my wife's car needed replaced I contacted Continental again. Brad Waite was the person who reached out to me and helped me with my Yukon. He was patient and understanding. He knew I did not want to go above a certain number and he did his best to make sure we hit that number or stayed below. The greatest thing about Brad is he knew I did not have time to haggle. He was upfront and honest and we made things work quickly. Also when i noticed a chip in the windshield days later, Brad made sure the chip was repaired so that I would not have issues down the road. I have now purchased 2 vehicles through Continental and I will be buying the next vehicle their as well. I guarantee it.

Wonderful Experience

My experience with Mr. Jeremy Storino was absolutely amazing. He was open, friendly, and efficient. Everyone else at this location was helpful and always smiling. I never felt pressured and all my interactions with Mr. Storino felt genuine. I love my new car and would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone!

Great experience at a great price.

I had just just totaled my 2014 car and I was looking for something that is fun so I decided to get a Mazda 3, 5 door. I had great experience in another OEM's dealership and I truly thought it was fantastic and it would be hard to top it. But I am glad to say that I was proved wrong. I went to Mazda continental knowing what I really want to get, which was a Mazda 3. I wasn't there to waste my time or another persons time, in this case Jeremy Storino's time. After I got to the dealership I had hard time deciding between touring and grand touring and I literally took his entire Saturday afternoon, between doing my numbers and more, but he was extremely patient and gave me his entire attention. He continuously asks me what he could do to earn my business--not to just get me buy a car from Him. Then he was patient even after he sold me the car. After that I came at off hours for parts, unscheduled, to get my all weather mat, however he was once again very welcoming. He took his time to ask someone from parts department to get me the mat I order and get it installed as well. All and all I was really satisfied with my experience with Jeremy S at Mazda, and Jeremy truly earned my business.

Needed a car by Monday

I was so upset that my 2007 Mazda RX-8 had failed me and had no more laps left. I had no plans of purchasing a new car but was VERY happy that Jeremy Gascoigne was my salesman. I was not looking to take on a car loan and especially around Christmas. Jeremy worked hard to get me into my new 2015 Mazda CX5 and back on the road by Monday. He was straight forward with the bottom line price, down to earth (nice to my family) and just a JEWEL to work with. He even helped me clean out my trade in and showed me how to work the gadgets in my NEW 2015. I would definitely recommend Jeremy Gascoigne to women who are afraid to battle typical salesmen....he was far from that! I might not be in that RX8 but I'm looking sexy in my CX5!!! I would also like to Thank Joe Pelka in Service because he maintained my Mazda RX8 since my 1st purchase years ago. I'm so happy that he introduced me to Jeremy G. Joe was one of the reasons why I chose to stay with the Mazda family. He ALWAYS has a smile and kind words whenever I come in for auto service and it's always done right the 1st time. A pressure-free buying experience

I'm really enjoying my Mazda 3s. I am happy that I was able to stay with the Continental dealership group (I had a very positive experience with my prior car, an Acura purchased from them)
