No pressure

I shopped for two months for a particular make & model of car with many dealers. Continental had the car I wanted and I explained my recent car shopping woes and Continental gave me a deal worth the wait & headaches. The sales person, Brad, was very attentive to my needs and wants!

I had done my research about what car I wanted and went...

I had done my research about what car I wanted and went to Continental Mazda with my mind made up and hoping for an easy experience. Not only was it easy, but it was also very pleasant and I felt really comfortable with Jeremy and Danielle. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Jeremy was great because he was willing to work with me to find the car i wanted and got the manager to lower the price of my car because they didn't have the color i wanted in stock. I had him running back and forth finalizing the deal and never did I think he was getting annoyed by it. Danielle was great because she was friendly and she seemed to really be interested in getting me a great deal with the financing and warranty. She worked with me and the bank to get me a great rate. Thanks so much to Jeremy and Danielle! :-)

Continental and Gabriel rock!

I needed to replace a 10-year old vehicle that drank premium gas like water. Long story short, as I was researching the cars on my short list (the GMC Terrain and the Ford Edge) I came across a review for the Mazda CX-5. Although we already own a Mazda Tribute and a Mazda-3, I hadn't considered Mazdas because I didn't love the CX-7 or the CX-9 and I was unaware of the 2013 CX-5. Once I saw it I knew that I needed to check it out so I went to Continental and took a look early, early on a Saturday morning before they opened. I was in love. I called later talked to Gabriel; and that conversation ended with me feeling like I was in good hands. I met with him the following evening and he spent a non-trivial amount of time explaining the features and capabilities of the CX-5 and encouraging me to let her rip on the nifty test track. Bonus points for him not being condescending because I femalehich is something that Ie experienced before. Double bonus points for the extra effort to locate exactly what I wanted--interior and exterior colors as well as features. Triple bonus points for being responsive to a question that I had after the sale completed. This is my second purchase from Continental Mazda and I would be happy to buy yet another car from them, especially Gabriel. Side note, Dennis in Service is very customer-focused so I feel like a valued customer all-around whether with an older Tribute or a shiny, sparkly new CX-5.

WATCH OUT

I got a letter for a recall a wind shield motor recall and went in. Within 5 minutes the guy tells me I need a brake job and fluids replaced. I said I did not have the time and said I would schedule later. I get my car and the same day my front driver headlight goes out. I had changed it 3 weeks prior and I mark me light with a small marker dot on the metal part. When I get it out I see they had switched bulbs on me. Just because I would not schedule a brake job.

Buying a Used Car for our son

We were in the market for a used car for our son and zoning in on a Mazda3. Our 1st impression of Gabriel Jimenez's easy but attentive sales manner is what drew us back to Continental Mazda as well as our past good experience with this dealership with our Acura and Audi purchases. Gabriel got our specs and consistently called to let us know of cars to view. We finally found one that fit and after they entertained our last minute haggling, we made our purchase. Very happy with it and our son was happy as well. Of course, he didn't have a choice in the matter, but its still nice to know he is excited about the car. Thanks Gabriel for the great service!

watch out

watch out when you bring you care in to these guys. I got a letter for a recall for my mazda 3 2009 for the wind shield wiper motor. So I brought it in and also scheduled an oil change. Within 5 minutes the guy tells me my front brakes need work and I need brake and coolant fluid change. I tell him I do not have the time. He tells me I should schedule now otherwise I will need a complete brake job. I cant due to my schedule. I get my oil change. That same day my driver side headlight goes out which I had changed myself a week before and I had marked the bulb. they switched the bulb on. Watch out this place is all about total revenue per car VERY SHADY .

My New Mazda CX-5

I was wanting to buy the Mazda CX-5. I had gone to another dealer who had the exact color I wanted and took us through the whole process but then told us it was already sold! At that point I was pretty upset and was determined to find a dealer with the white CX-5 with sand leather interior. The Naperville Mazda did, so we went. Jeremy at Mazda was great and the purchasing process was super smooth! I am now a happy customer and proud owner of my awesome white crystal pearl/sand leather CX-5. I recommend this dealer and this car to any one. The features in this car are awesome. Thanks Naperville Mazda!
