We flew in from Texas to buy a car for our daughter who is attending college in the area. We wanted a dealer that would be honest and helpful and we found both qualities at this dealership. Great internet buying experience

Brad Waite is excellent! I would highly recommend dealing with him. He is not pushy or obsessed with selling you a car. A very good dealership, the whole experience was top-notch!

Truely not your average dealership...

Buying a new car is not always easy, but at Continental Mazda they turned it into a very enjoyable experience. We loved the test track which gave us the opportunity to see how it handles in a variety of terrains. Our salesman, Gabriel Jimenez was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. This dealership and salesman Gabriel Jimenez went out of their way to make my new car buying experience a pleasure. Would not hesitate to go back to then in the future.

I am a person like many others who does not like a high pressure sales experience. After doing research I contacted Continental Mazda and from start to finish I was very impressed with their knowledge of the vehicle I purchased, the sales price, my trade-in value and the entire process from start to finish of the way they do business this is not the first time I have done business with the Continental dealerships and my experience with them gets an A++ rating

I had a great experience at Continental Mazda, and would highly recommend the dealership to others. Earlier before going to Continental I had gone to another Mazda dealership in the Chicagoland area. I had a disappointing experience and was treated poorly and with sarcasm - My visit lasting just a couple of minutes before leaving. Following this experience I went over to Continental. Wow, what a difference. Jeremy did a great job answering my questions, was professional, friendly, and supportive to me as a customer without being overwhelming. Even after I signed all the paperwork and I bought the car, Jeremy continued to provide good customer service. He even let me know I could contact him if I had any further questions about the features of my new car as I got used to it. It was clear to me early on that Continental's philosophy isn't just about selling cars, but providing a good experience for customers and a service partnership for the length of ownership. Thanks Continental and Jeremy!

A very great car buying experience

Upon waking into the dealer I was immediately created by a friendly face, the salesmen Gabriel Jimenez was fantastic with showing the vehicles and offrering honest advice. I ended up getting a used vehicle that was fully loaded and better performance than the original new striped down base model car i was going to get. I thank Gabriel for his services and i will definitely be coming back to Continental Mazda of Naperville again.
