Ernie knocked it out of the park!
We did a lot of shopping and comparisons before leasing with Continental Acura of Naperville. My first contact with Continental Acura was several months back with another salesman over the phone. Further, he was recommended by a close relative. Unfortunately, they did not want my business nor did they want to listen. Since we really wanted an Acura I gave them a second chance. Luckily for my wife and I we met Ernie Alvarez. Mr. Alvarez is truly sincere, kind, genuine and has an understanding for people. He never once pressured us in a sale. Ernie listened to our needs and wants and gave us a fair price! He asked us over and over if we were satisfied. Ernie introduced us to the service staff, customer service staff, sales managers and gave us a tour of the showroom. He presented us all with the amenities Continental Acura of Naperville has to offer. Finally Jerry Burton made our financial transaction a breeze. I highly recommend Continental Acura of Naperville to anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service.

No muss no fuss
Ernie was great to work with! Low key and low pressure, he has a perfect disposition for car sales. The purchase process at Continental Acura was simple straightforward and timely. You have the sense that Ernie as well as everyone at this dealership is focused on unpretentious customer service.

No Pressure Car Buying - 3.5 AWD TLX Advance Pkg
It’s been about 6 weeks since I bought my new TLX for Continental Acura so I’ve had some time w the car and been back to the dealership for a couple of car washes. First, I love the car. It’s a great car and a great value. The Advance package includes all available tech and safety features. The car is comfortable and smooth riding. An especially quiet ride, too. This was my first purchase from Continental Acura, although my previous car was from their Audi dealership. As the review title suggests, I found the purchase experience to be great. No pressure and straight forward. I spent about 10 weeks testing various cars and was back to Continental 4 or 5 times for test drives, questions and things like making sure my golf clubs fit in the trunk. Every visit was the same - no pressure, no problem with another test drive or getting answers to my questions. Salesman was Eric MacKenzie and the sales manager was Mark Pisiani. Both guys were great to deal with. Straight forward and no pressure. In fact, when I decided to move forward with the purchase I never felt either Eric or Mark were pressuring to close the deal. Great price and a fair trade-in value. Would I buy from Continental Acura again? Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes and yes.

Unsatisfied due to a particular employee in sales department
This review is not for dealership but a specific employee name Robert Manuel. No surprise that Mr. Manuel already got 1 star from another customer on July 17th, 2017 (https://www.dealerrater.com/sales/Robert-Manuel-review-119828 ) Here is my experience. We visited continental Acura on Saturday Oct 14th, 2017. The attitude of Mr. Muller was very unfriendly. First, he tried to even show the MDX out of window rather than test drive. We had to ask for test drive. Every 5th minute, he used the word that it is raining and we are wasting time. Finally, I had to tell him that if it is raining for him, it’s raining for me as well and I have come with one year old in lap to buy the car. We felt so unwelcome and disrespected that we decided to leave. I entered the store with a mind that I will come with a car out of showroom. Unfortunately, Mr. Manuel blew the deal with his attitude. The dealership should address this employee so that other customer does not go through similar poor experiences like mine and another customer who wrote review on july 17th. If he had antiquates of customer dealing, he would have sold the car on that day.

Wonderful Customer Service!!
I have visited Continental Acura for the last four years. They always welcome me with a smile, most times by name, even though they are busy. My visits have been preventive maintenance primarily except for a vicious pothole which ate my tire. Thanks to the Tire warranty, I did not pay a cent. They always verify I am satisfied with my service and answer all my questions (even the stupid ones). My father has trained me to be "mechanic wise". This is a great dealer. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Great experience
Greg at Acura was very knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy. We got a good deal and the staff went out of its' way to explain everything well. Was in and out timely including the financing part. Overall super experience

Fantastic Customer Service
I am from Kansas City and worked with Ernie Alvarez to purchase a used TLX. I highly recommend Ernie! He went above and beyond (came in on his day off) to get everything prepped ahead of time so everything went smooth the day (the only day) I was in town. He had a great balance between giving me honest straight-to-the-point answers and not being pushy. I feel I received a fair price as well. I also felt the car description and pictures online were very accurate - which was very important to me because I was traveling 400 miles to see (and ultimately purchase) the vehicle. Overall highly satisfied.

Service experience
After many months of searching, I came to own a used Acura MDX 2016 with 29K purchased from a Toyota dealership. Soon after, I contacted Darrin Kuster for his help to learn some of the SUV's features. He put me in touch with Product Specialist Eric MacKenzie who helped me go over the vehicle. Eric being a new employee sought the help of veteran salesman Robert Manuel who was indeed of no help - useless I should say. While Eric was in process of explaining I realized that Robert along with another veteran salesman Ernie Alvarez was gesturing from inside the dealership that Eric head back into the building. This went on for some time. It was only later that I realized that Robert and Ernie both were preventing Eric from helping me because I did not purchase the Acura MDX from Continental Acura. Finally I went back to Darrin Kuster, the service manager and expressed my displeasure with the clownish attitude especially that of Robert Manuel and Ernie Alvarez. This, just because I bought the MDX from another dealer. I do own a Acura TL 2010 which is serviced by the Continental Acura Within a few minutes Darrin Kuster and I were on I-88 and he helped me activate the ACC function which Eric and Robert failed to explain. I have to thank Darrin for taking the time to drive with me and help me learn the MDX's features. Darrin Kuster did not have to take this task which should have been the responsibility of the sales to help customers understand the products they are entrusted to sell. Robert and Ernie should have risen to this occasion and assisted Eric help a customer. While I give 5 stars to his service department I will not hesitate to give 0 stars to Continental Acura's SALES department.
