Framingham Ford Service -- 2015 Fusion SE

This is our eighth family car purchased from Framingham Ford. Each time I have had my vehicle serviced by the dealership, I have found the service staff knowledgeable and friendly. They are also helpful. I recently had some recall work done and they did it most satisfactorily. They also recommended some added work that I believe can wait but which will get done when I have the money.

Happy Customer

Everyone at Framingham Ford has always been professional, courtekous and helpful in the five years since I purchased my Ford Escape. The sales process was easy and I have never had a bad experience with the people in the service department. They are always friendly, helpful and accommodating in meeting my schedule. Every time I go to Framingham Ford it is always great. I never wait too long or never have anyone not help. They are a great dealership and had a lot of great prices compared to others.

Excellent service; knowledgeable staff

I was told that my Fusion had a problem with the heater hose, a very specific Ford-only part. I had the part ordered and waited and waited. It turns out that the part had been back-ordered. Well, push came to shove and 2 weeks past with no part. I had my car taken to Framingham Ford and asked them to look. The very next day I was told it was a different heater system part that they fixed. Within a day, I had my 2015 Fusion back and working excellently.

Great place to have a car serviced, Though I own 2 Lincoln products, I prefer to have my service performed here.

once again, Framingham over delivered, I was there for some routine service and the job was completed and my car washed and delivered sooner than quoted

No help with 100k diesel exhast fluid warranty

No help with Powerstroke diesel exhaust fluid system. All of the diesel exhaust fluid system is covered under the 100 thousand mile warrenty stated in the manuel and warrenty guide, so why is the most expensive part of the system not covered??! 2 year old truck with under 80 thousand miles and I can?t get an inspection sticker..... Last time I buy a Ford.
