Best car buying experience I have had.. I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime, Keyes Lexus was Best case senario... Luis Nunez one of the car demonstrators was so helpful in finding me the car I wanted. Luis went above and beyond what he needed to do.. Once we where ready Joey the sales manager gave me a great deal.. The dealership has a ton of cars to choice from, the best waiting lodge ever as well as the showroom looks like a 5 star hotel.. All around A+

Simply put, superb. In every aspect from customer service, sales, finance, etc. From the moment i walked onto the lot until i drove off with my car. I won't buy a different car again nor go to another dealership.

Just came in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised to have my car back ready to go in such a short time. I will definitely come back whenever I need more help with my car.

I initially went over to the BMW dealership on Van Nuys test drive a BMW. The dealership was completely inattentive, and therefore we drove up the street to Lexus. Mind you, I was very interested in test driving the 250 Hybrid HS, based on the lease deal that was advertised on TV. I was beyond pleasantly surprised by Daniel's approach to us on the lot. He greeting us warmly and then proceeded to tell us about the car. We then went for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, yet not at all pushy (much appreciated). We had a very pleasant test drive and from there discussions proceeded with Edmund who was a professional and a gentleman. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend Lexus to my family and friends. My brother in law (a BMW guy) has said his next car will be a Lexus.

Sales person was very giving of her time. She went over the operation of the vehicle's features in great detail. The sales manager was forthright and knowledgeable. The finance manager was personable and thorough.
