Wonderful Business that I Would Recommend
I went to Keyes Lexus to check out their price range for getting auto body repair work done on my car. The sales representative, Steve Wolpa, answered all of the questions I had with sincerity and was extremely friendly. The auto repair prices were just as fantastic as the customer service; the total amount that I had to pay was much cheaper than their competitor's prices. After checking out various car repair locations, it was obvious that Keyes Lexus was the perfect match for me and my needs. I recommend Keyes Lexus to anyone who needs auto repair work done on their car! I promise that you will be very pleased with their work, prices, and customer service!

Awesome Facility and Staff
Sales person was very giving of her time. She went over the operation of the vehicle's features in great detail. The sales manager was forthright and knowledgeable. The finance manager was personable and thorough.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

Steve Wolpa is Awesome
Steve Wolpa was truly outstanding, accommodating faithfully a few personal requests that may have been inconvenient for him. We liked him quit a bit. I was a little surprised by the gusto with which the paint protection coat was offered by the finance person. It was an unnecessary hard sale for a product I did not want. So, make sure you look for Steve!

Keyes Lexus Van Nuys
Our salesman David was a nice guy and eager to be helpful. He took the time to talk to us and help us with any questions/concerns. The finance guy, Joey, clearly knows his job but he was extremely brusque, bordering on condescending, to us AND to other staff (in front of us). He definitely was barely listening to us and appeared to have already moved onto the next deal. I would recommend this dealer if they have what you want and you don't mind the rudeness once you get past the initial salesperson.

2 Cars Buyer, What an Experience!
Forget about going to Hotel Aria or Bellagio in Vgas. Just stop buy Keyes Lexus and see the fun for yourself. I bought a GX470. Prior to that I bought an ES350. Both time they made me feel like I am the BOMB!
