Had an issue with the car while heading out on a trip with all three dogs, took it into the service department and they got us in and out in no time! They are always so accommodating no matter the circumstances!

Bought a new TLX Aspec in August , vehiicle steering
Bought a new TLX Aspec in August , vehiicle steering wheel started peeling , oil rapidly decreased. Return stated working the deal to purchase a new TLX , they did a spot deliver while my credit unit and I hash out the loan details , over nite I had a change of heart told John Mack , he pleaded with me to keep the car after telling me if I decided not to go throw I can get my car back. The long and short here the dealership sold my Steel in Color Acura TLX Aspec to a lady while my financing was pending committed fraud , deal has not been approved or funded by either side , I requested my car back , they sold the vehicle that belonged to me and my credit Union . Pay off receive days after the sale and transfer of my car and my bank already told me payoffs have to be validated and ttitle process began after the validation and once the process is completed then it becomes Jim Hudson potty to do as he chooses . The vehicle has a Aspec plate on front , two of the 4 rims is chipped from hitting curve and the steering wheel peeling last four of the VIN Ending. 3781. Hopeful the owner see the review and return to the dealer could be problematic for her tittle as this has became a legal matter
