Excellent service.

Excellent service. Service Advisor, Juan Benitez, was knowledgeable and very helpful. Courteous personnel which was very much appreciated.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. Waited for 3 hours to buy my leased car. They presented bogus fees and removed after I confronted. But however I will never go back there for anything again.

Great service!

Great service! Manny Escoto , service advisor gave me an excellent customer service ever had in this dealership since I had my Camry! Resolved all the issues I had on my car and all the major insurance coverage I bought from dealerships which I didnโ€™t get from the finance manager who sold me four insurance policies which I complained to Director of the Finance Department! Great job Manny Escoto! Kudos!!!๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

Scam service center!

Scam service center!! Terrible place. Hasn't changed for the better. Went in for my last service and I can promise myself I will never return for the life of my toyota. Terrible wait times. I dropped the truck off stating my concerns/issues which were bad windshield blades that need a replacement and tail light that was out. I also know my tired are balding and need to be replaced. I was ubered home to wait for them to call me with updates. No call came. I did receive a text the vehicle was done. I had to call to get an uber.to take me back. No one tried to call me to fix anything. They handed me the multi point inspection sheet and everything was in the green. Including the tail lights and the winsldhsield boxes. This makes me very concerned that all the other green boxes that were check could also be faulty or misleading or not even checked. I've had this truck for 4 years comming to this location and every time I hope they will get better.

Every time I have to take a car there for any reason I've always received top notch service, Daniel Parada is the guy I normally go to but when he's not there any other service is as good as he is,wouldn't change anything

Paid for multipoint inspection report that was never

Paid for multipoint inspection report that was never received. When I called to advise the report was missing and request it be emailed, I told itโ€™s their policy not to provide the report that I paid for.

This review is for the Service Department.

This review is for the Service Department. UNACCEPTABLE. Waited for nearly 6 hours on a coolant bypass valve replacement. Such labor should be at most 2 hours! They really dropped the ball on this. They could have at least let me know it would take nearly 6 hours so I could have made arrangements and left and not wait in the lobby all day. They never, not once communicated with me that it would take this long. They kept giving me the runaround saying one more hour, one more hour . I know there are some circumstances where it can take longer than usual, but at least convey that to your PAYING customers. RIDICULOUS.
