I began at Keyes with my first Prius (2002) when they were the only mechanics who knew how to service a hybrid. I continued with my 2015 because there was no need to change. Their service department was and is exemplary. Sam Nejad has never steered me wrong. I wouldn’t change for the world.

I take my car in regularly for maintenance and never

I take my car in regularly for maintenance and never disappointed. The staff is wonderful and always happy with the work done on my car. Big shout out to Juan for helping us this time. He was great and kept me informed the entire time on my cars status.

horrible and rude lies on lies not happy and won’t return John the tall rude service provider was arrogant and rude and didn’t care what i wanted or needed . i recommend you go some where else and don’t trust them

Was ready to purchase a vehicle advertised as certified pre owned which salesman verbally said and confirmed in writing, only to be told in financing it was not CPO and no warranty. Wasted an entire day.

Everything was great.

The service advisor Mr. Eddie Sanchez is a great person with quality of caring and friendly to the customer. Mr. Nelson who worked and fixed my car is very knowledgeable and a great person too. He is amazing person.
