Best Car-Buying Experience

I am 48 years old and have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime but this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! I found my car online and a Keyes salesperson texted me an extremely fair out-the-door price without me having to haggle. I drove 2 hours and bought the car for the exact price I was quoted without them trying to upsale me anything like gap insurance or extended warranties. I was in and out of the dealership in under 45 minutes!!! The only reason it took that long was because it was a busy weekend and the finance person had several people ahead of me. Emilio was AMAZING! He was honest, kind and gave me his absolute best price upfront without “starting high” and wasting my time trying to negotiate him down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEBD buying a car from Emilio!!!

Best Toyota service in the world!

The service manager, Sam, gives the best advice for keeping your Toyota running like new all the time. He accommodates people and is very helpful, friendly, professional and efficient at getting things done right the first time. I can't say enough good things about them.

Tire and 20 miles inspection

Did not have an appointment but I was concerned about my front passenger tire slowly losing air. My advisor was Giovani who was amazing. He took care of my problem in a timely manner and I picked up my car within 2 hours. Thanks Giovani.

So far so good the service experience and fast. The waiting area is good and comfortable . Friendly staff, knowledgeable and thorough explaination service performed . Will come back again

First time service at this location

I appreciate it when they take the time to explain (in layman’s terms)what I need.. which one a priority is and which I should look to have changed in the future because it is wearing down. And I like the breakdown of what is recommended vs. what they actually see that needs to have done. David did a really great job with this. He took the time to listen and then explain and find solutions. I hope that does not change, and I appreciate an honest service

Anthony rocks!!

Anthony exceeded expectations! No pressure, just sincere desire to make me happy. He was supposed to go home early, but he delivered the car to my house and ubered home 1.5 hours away. What dedication!!!
