Job Well Done!

My entire visit was great. I was treated with respect as was my time. My vehicle was handled professionally and in addition to my repair a needed service was done. In addition, my service consultant Chris called Ubers to get me home after dropping my car off and returning me to the dealership to pick my car up. I am very pleased with the way Keyes Toyota handled my repair, service and vehicle.

Not a great visit

The person who helped me was very curt and not friendly at all. He argued with me stating that the computer showed that something was done when I remember that it hadn’t been. I have the two year service plan which apparently only includes two oil changes. I was told in my last visit that my next one(the recent visit) was puke finish the two year plan and that would be an oil change, however when I got there I was told that I already had the last oil change. This place is disorganized, and not just from this experience, but from another I had. I went in for a certain mileage and they wrote down that I had about 5k more miles than I actually did. I don’t drive a lot, so when I went in again they were stumped as to how my mileage had gone down, all because they didn’t keep records right. And it’s the same with the oil change. They don’t do that car wash anymore, which was something I used to love about getting my car serviced with Toyota, that feeling of going above and beyond, well now they use Covid as the excuse as to why they don’t do the wash anymore, but don’t they have to drive the car to the mechanic area? So kind defeats that excuse right? My last complaint is that I had no idea that they offered a shuttle service that would take you to go shopping or home, which is where I would’ve preferred to be. I only found out because on the close out paperwork, right before getting your car back there was a paper stapled to the top explaining that free service, that would’ve been nice to know. The one compliment I can say, is that they offer free bottled water, their restrooms are clean, and they have comfy seats when you’re waiting about two hours for a scheduled appointment oil change…or not.

Amazing Service

My experience at Keys Toyota is great! There is always great customer service and the staff are very helpful. The Manager Caesar, sells rep Daisy Luna, and product specialist Ali Akhavan were the main staff helping my fiancé and I. They were very patient, helpful, and answers all the questions we had.

Car Service Toyota Camry 2015

John is a great,Good service. The only thing that happened that Day a Guy named Pedo told me to wait in the car and never came back. So I went to John’s office to see Him,Otherwise I would have been waiting in the car for a long time

Very professional customer service!

Customer service was very good. Made me feel comfortable. Took care of all my problems I had with my car. It was very expensive but you pay for what you get. Meaning it was quality service.

I got my truck
