Long time Infiniti customer. This is by far the worst buying experience I ever had. I traded my 2013 Infiniti M37x for a vehicle that I did NOT want but was forced into. I wanted another Infiniti but instead left with a 2020 Jeep Compass that is a complete LEMON!!! TAMPA Infiniti was offering me $6,000 for my trade, Clearwater only gave me $4,000!!! When the Jeep Compass was delivered to me it wasn't cleaned, had no floor mats, no tire valve stem caps, needed an oil change and had a junk battery that blew up in my face when I needed to get a jump!!! I spoke with Manny and he said he would consult with his manager and get back to me. I never heard back from anyone!! This all happened within the first 45 days of ownership!! The Jeep left me stranded at my house while I was trying to move. I had to get an Uber to pickup my moving truck!! Because of this xxx Jeep, I have spent $500 towards a battery, floor mats, tire valve caps, and an oil change!!! The M37x I traded had floor mats, a fresh oil change, tire valve caps and a good battery!!! TAMPA Infiniti would have been able to put me into another Infiniti and $6,000 towards my trade!!!! Infiniti of Clearwater, YOU owe me $2,000 for my trade, $500 for what I had to put into the Jeep and take this xxx back!!!

I came in to look at 2 different suv's and Big Al took me on 2 long test drives so that I could make a decision on which I was going with. He was knowledgeable and made the whole experience very easy! He kept in contact with me and made sure I was completely happy with my new Infiniti!

I cannot express how comfortable Big Al Jaffer made the car buying experience for me. Knowledgeable, personable and most gracious, even when I chose to get a vehicle from another dealer.
