I had an absolutely outstanding experience today thanks to the incredible team at Dealership Veronica Gomez—especially the sales representative and the accounting manager. ( Andre From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The sales rep went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart. The accounting manager was equally impressive—efficient, transparent, and made the paperwork process seamless. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism. Thanks to both of them, I drove off today in my beautiful new GMC Yukon feeling confident and completely satisfied. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Jalen and Melina were the best to work with! As a first time car buyer, they made the process really easy and less intimidating than expected. I felt like they listened to what I wanted and made it happen. They were very thorough and went to bat for me in order to leave with the car I wanted. I’ve been to a few other dealerships and felt with salesmen that weren’t interested and were not thorough. However, both of them were excellent and made me excited about buying a car!

Jalen was very respectful toward what I was trying to do when looking at new vehicles. I wasn’t sure what I wanted exactly but he gave me multiple options. He didn’t pressure me into anything and gave me options when the first deal wasn’t what I wanted to do. He was also very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at. Thom, Andre and the whole team at Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs are wonderful! This was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a new car. They answered all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking or as if I was wasting their time. This may sound like a no-brainer, but I've always been a Toyota customer and the last buying experience I had at a local Toyota dealer put me off after so many years of being a loyal customer that I never thought I'd buy a car again. Also, I rarely buy new (usually certified pre-owned), but Thom made me such a great deal on my Highlander and a new Ford Bronco that I couldn't pass it up. I've found that the Bronco has smoother shifting and better brakes, sound system, and AC! They also made sure I was all set and followed up with me a few times after the sale. All in, I highly recommend working with this crew - they know how to make you feel like a valued customer!

I had the best car buying experience ever, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Ms.Gomez and instantly she made me feel comfortable assuring me I was in good hands. She was very helpful, honest and understanding to my situation. I literally came in overwhelmed and unsure of exactly what I wanted. My expectations were low on what I could even afford. The car I wanted felt far fetched but with the help of her and their financial director Andre they supported me the entire way to make sure I got the best deal and made me feel good about my purchase!!!
