My new favorite car salesman! I sell cars myself so I know what to expect when walking into a dealership with the intent to purchase. Louis made me and Chad feel at home, showed us his great attitude. Asked us how we were doing throughout the process, and also made sure we were completely satisfied. If I could give him 10 stars, I would probably choose 11! Who know car #2 may be on the horizon!

Mike was calm and reassuring at every step, listened to my specific needs, and made it happen. I was about as detailed in my choices as possible, and he didn’t stumble once, just took what I asked for and figured out how to solve the puzzle. Buying a car or truck is a major life decision for me, and I would go back to Buck in a heartbeat, of course I’ll send friends and family too. I’ve had salespeople in the past who really didn’t do anything, I picked a truck off the lot and they just watched me sign the papers. Buck went out of his way to make sure everything worked for both myself and for the company, and I’d hire him in an instant if I owned a dealership.

Louis is my new BFF! Jumped through hoops to earn my business. Made my deal work where another dealership failed me completely! He literally talked to me like a friend I’d know for ages…even offered me snacks! He sat with me to figure out countless features/tech items on my vehicle and researched and provided me videos for everything I might encounter. Fantastic! Even followed up after a few days to make sure all was still well.

Our salesperson Thom Hostetter was extremely helpful and made our dealer experience smooth and easy. He was very accommodating with our schedule and was easily able to answer all of our questions during the purchase process. During the test drive and vehicle delivery, Thom clearly explained vehicle features and functions and helped get the FordPass setup and our iPhone CarPlay integration completed. We are very happy with our new Bronco.

I have no doubt that his success is due to his candid approach - it was absolutely refreshing!
