Archie was so very nice made car buying a great experience . Took his time showing my sister every car on the lot taking time to test drive and walked her through every step from financing to insurance very nice to all of us best experience

Just stay away.

Just stay away. The price of the car more than doubled from the internet price to when I walked into the place and they gave me a printout. $9,300 to $18,700. 3 hours wasted.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! These guys are scammers. The price on their website and other places is not the price, it’s bait & switch. They will not negotiate on the phone you have to come in and then when they write up the deal it’s a MUCH HIGHER price. I went to buy a van advertised at $16,988 after they wrote it up it was almost $25k including all their xx fees. After we negotiated the price down to $21k I signed all the documents and gave them a check for $21k. I was to pick up the van the next day and that next morning I got a call from them saying the manager said he wanted $200 more. I said no, we had a deal. These guys should be shut down for deceptive business practices. DON’T FALL for their xx fees, there a lot of other honest places you can buy a car than with these dishonest crooks.

This dealership has a lot of unfair and deceptive

This dealership has a lot of unfair and deceptive practices going on, yesterday I went in after getting approved by a lender to find out they changed the advertised price that was online the time of me filling out the application if I would have known they don't keep prices as advertised I wouldn't have did the application. I was told by finance manager he can advertise a price and change the price when you come in to the dealership he said it's a common practice and I agree that it is commonly deceptive and unfair because my credit report file has more inquiries and I was told acquisition fees plus down payment I'm making this review solely because consumers needs to be aware of what deceptive practices looks and sounds like also they don't give full disclosure on what the truth in lending statement finance charge is and how it works so I know what my consumer credit transaction pays for

This dealer was the worst in my life and I am 59 years

This dealer was the worst in my life and I am 59 years old and bought dozens of cars. Was told by phone to ask for GM who wasnt available for me and given a code which I mentioned but not asked for. They wanted to undercut my 2022 Nissan Frontier Midnight package w/ 21,000 miles. But when I even mentioned a better deal for me....wouldnt even try and counter. Salespeople?? More like conpeople!! Never will go back to a Mitsubishi lot ever!!

I had set up a purchase of a 2011 ctsv and scheduled a time to arrive at the dealership. One hour before my arrival they sold the car without notice to me. This dealership is not honorable and I don't advise to use them in you search for cars.

Mr Edward Gavin is polite friendly and very courteous service director for Brandon Mitsubishi. I had a open recall on my 2016 Mitsubishi outlander gt. mr Gavin resolved this issue without question thank you sir

Being that it is Mother's Day weekend, and we did not

Being that it is Mother's Day weekend, and we did not want to spend our weekend in a dealership whilst helping my son look for his first vehicle, we spoke over the phone with a sales consultant in order to avoid driving one hour to look at a vehicle that was inaccessible from a price point perspective. The used vehicle we were looking at was listed at approximately 16,000 however we did note via the fine print some of the higher (bogus) dealership fees, added with tax tag and title, would bring this vehicle to a little over 20,000. The Kelley blue book value was right at around 16,500. While my husband endured some pretty impressive circle talk on the phone, he eventually got the sales consultant to agree that if he drove out there for over an hour, he could get pretty close to my husband's offer price of 18,500 out-the-door. When he arrived and received the official offer, it was 26,000. Can you imagine? To just lie and waste someone's time- including a brand new college graduate, looking for his first vehicle. After wasting my families time straight up until close of business, we walked away from a final offer of 21,000. Not sure if this is the new math. They are doing over there at Brandon Mitsubishi, but that is not "really close" to $18,500. Don’t bait and switch. It’s yucky. ( STEVE) This place is a hard pass for me. I will be very busy telling every client I interact with to avoid it. Kudos for helping to provide a great life lesson for a young adult about running a business dishonestly vs. valuing integrity. Ya'all nailed the former.

Everyone I worked with was great.

Everyone I worked with was great. Lenin, Millie,John,Christen Gene. They did more to put me into a vehicle than any dealer I ever bought from in 40 years plus of buying cars. Pleasant, enjoyable experience. Never been treated as good from any dealer ever. Outstanding!!!
