Couldn't have had a more knowledgeable associate than

Couldn't have had a more knowledgeable associate than Lenin at Mitsubishi of Brandon. Did everything he could to find the perfect car with the best price. Will definitely be recommending him to all my friends an family. Great job!!!!!

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. You might hear all sorts of unprofessional excuses and talks and won't get a quote even if you are interested in their vehicle but if they think you aren't serious even though you might be. That's what happened with me. I wonder can sales be done like that? I believe that's the reason, besides others, that so many negative reviews on this page.

Lou, the general manager, has created a work environment

Lou, the general manager, has created a work environment that is fun and productive. He doesn’t ask anyone to do something. He’s not willing to do himself.

Deceptive fraud.

Deceptive fraud...On the phone, Lenin [salesman] said the Mercedes was advertised as 399...being doubtful, I quizzed him on the condition, accidents, damage, etc....no everything was fixed and serviced and in good condition...it was estimated at many thousands but was for sale for $399.....and for $400 it was mine...so we went to see it...our salesman never showed on our on site visit and eventually the sales mgr. came out and said he wrote the ad and the car...and the car is$399 PER MONTH...not $399... then he said very sarcastically "DID YOU R-E-A-L-L-Y THINK YOU COULD GET A MERCEDES FOR $399?" I responded that I was paying cash...and "That is deceptive...there was no mention of per month and all others cars showed full price...and SHAME ON YOU!!

Nolan - salesperson was FANTASTIC!

Nolan - salesperson was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable and courteous. He pulled the vehicle up to the showroom clean and full of gas... Louis R and Chris H bought my kids and me Gatorade and juices, (and a few bags of Spicy Sweet Doritos) while we were waiting for finance manager. They gave me great financing with just $1,200.00 down payment! Even with my below average credit i am driving a BENZ, I also sent my Best friend and my sister to Nolan and they got a Honda and a BMW.

They try to rip you off with fees.

They try to rip you off with fees. $6000 in fees for a $20,000 car. That is not including tag and tax, their fees alone. What a rip-off.
