I bought a vehicle and a week later I realized that I had a problem with the structure and I went to complain where they only told me that I had to buy another vehicle. Don't waste your money with these scammers.

The worst dealership I’ve ever encountered!!!! Previous reviews about the nonexistent customer service and unethical sales tactics are completely true. Definitely the definition of everything that glitters isn’t gold, I was contacted by their sales manager regarding a vehicle and set up an appointment. The manager was very adamant about me making my appointment time so I arrived 30 minutes early, just to wait TWO unserviced hours to find out that the vehicle that was promised to be available was sold. When I asked if I could be shown other equal options, I was told “Yeah whatever, go look”. The manager named Mike was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory in the way that he conducted himself in our conversation also to add insult to injury, I was also yelled at and disrespected by their sales agent Ralph who was asked to come and “just deal with me”. I wish that was the end of this nightmare experience, but two couples that were in their showroom had previously purchased vehicles with them and were returning because the vehicles broke down on them. They stated the information that that was provided to them on the vehicle at the time they purchased was incorrect regarding the vehicles condition please save yourself the time, the money, and the stress and DO NOT do business with this scam of a “dealership”

They love internet traffic. Add 11k to any number advertised. You don't cut 10k off MSRP > then classify the hidden figures as Mandatory Fees. Laughing and giggling at customers disgust of your actions are not funny. Your state attorney general must not be aware of your business style.

Very large and nice car collection and amazing customer service. So I came here looking for a used car for myself, something that will be good for both work and just in general to get around to places. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by this nice gentlemen that showed me around and listened to my needs and like that helped me find a car that I needed. Ended up getting a car here, with their great financing options. Overall I highly recommend this amazing dealership and great employees.

God awful customer service obviously ready to scam you. I asked for the out the door price and sales guy tells me they don't provide those unless you come to the dealership...what are you hiding? Scam and would not buy nothing from them ever. People be aware!!!

Bait and switch dealership. They list prices that seem to be below market value and then proceed to add on "mandatory" insurances and add-ons that should be optional. Vehicle I was looking at was 22k and some change and was quoted 26.3k BEFORE TAXES. Mandatory four grand in just nonsense and I made it clear I was paying cash. 22k was closer to 30k real quick.

I came here to look at a few cars that I saw on their website. I looked around for a bit and the sales man was super helpful. He showed me around and answered any of my questions. I ended up getting a nice new car for me, and I like it so far. So far so good. Overall great experience and great service. Plus the financing service is really helpful and easy to apply for.

NEVER BUY A CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They wanted near double what they put on the Carfax listing. I am not to sure how this place has good reviews. They lure you in with ridiculously low prices that seem too good to be true. Worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
