A total scam. Advertised car $5100 and wanted $10,300 out the door. A con job.

I purchased a new Outlander Sport from this dealership and it was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. My husband worked in car sales and said he's never seen anything so shady. We were there on a Sunday and my credit union wasn't open. They insisted I sign their financing paperwork (at a rate that was too high) and take the vehicle home. They said they wouldn't submit the financing paperwork for a couple days so I could come back the next day with my own financing and they'd rip up what I signed. I went back the next day and was told "sorry, we had a miscommunication and it was submitted". There was no recourse on our end. I immediately refinanced it through my credit union but couldn't get the new car rate because it had now been titled and was no longer "new". This dealership is as SHADY and slimy as they get! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely horrible. Do not use this dealership.. problems from start to finish. They lie to get you there… don’t fall for it. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Absolutely horrific.

Called, emailed, and no response from anyone! Very disappointed, lost a future customer for sure

WORST dealership in the State of FL.....was trying to buy a car for 3 weeks and could not get anyone to assist. First dealt with Frank, then Lennon, Chris and then Mark. They made me fill out application, ran hard pull on credit and then NOTHING. Guess what?? now the car has been sold. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

Bought a car with all money I had, I'm on SSDI, less than 48 hrs later the transmission went out. 5 days later multiple phone calls, promised it would be taken care of , it's still in my driveway. They also make you pay 1200 for there protection plan...lol...I have also missed a week of work , no other means of transportation was not an option. I have contacted the BBB and attorney general next lawyer. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!!!

My experience with Christian was absolutely amazing. He took care of me, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a car lot. During Financing, Troy was extremely helpful, thorough and fun to interact with! Helped closed the deal. Hopefully, my experience with my new car is as good as my experience with these guys!

This dealer got ousted by car edge for some despicable false marketing. They advertised a car for $14,725, but then add a bunch of xx fees when you go in person, that takes the total price up to $26,419!!!! Huge difference from their advertised price. These people deserve to go out of business. Look up mycaredge on IG.

A lot of game at this dealership. Check your paper work carefully and think twice when you try get a car. Unprofessional management. The used vehicle price on online $13.850. With 720 credit score and $1500 down. Here is the deal : Over %20 finance rate. $660 in a month 5 years payment around $40.000 total. They added all kind of fees etc. They didn't even explain. I never involved this kind of relationship in the dealer before. This dealer is a big spam . I saw another reviews similar like mine. They waste customers time and running their credit and giving a damage. I left right away from the dealer when they offered crazy deal. Enjoy their business never again.

The worst dealership I’ve ever encountered!!!! Previous reviews about the nonexistent customer service and unethical sales tactics are completely true. Definitely the definition of everything that glitters isn’t gold, I was contacted by their sales manager regarding a vehicle and set up an appointment. The manager was very adamant about me making my appointment time so I arrived 30 minutes early, just to wait TWO unserviced hours to find out that the vehicle that was promised to be available was sold. When I asked if I could be shown other equal options, I was told “Yeah whatever, go look”. The manager named Mike was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory in the way that he conducted himself in our conversation also to add insult to injury, I was also yelled at and disrespected by their sales agent Ralph who was asked to come and “just deal with me”. I wish that was the end of this nightmare experience, but two couples that were in their showroom had previously purchased vehicles with them and were returning because the vehicles broke down on them. They stated the information that that was provided to them on the vehicle at the time they purchased was incorrect regarding the vehicles condition please save yourself the time, the money, and the stress and DO NOT do business with this scam of a “dealership”
