Amazing service at Transit Acura!

Ciara was so patient and very knowledgeable. I had several questions and she answered them to my satisfaction. She also checked in with me several times while I waited to have my car serviced which was so thoughtful of her. The service at Acura on Transit is top notch!

Trustworthy

Friendly and engaging staff in Service Dept. Trustworthy on service work and recommendations. Have never "churned" service work. Clean area facilities for waiting. Comfortable, quiet, wifi availability.

I came in feeling defeated and praying for a miracle,

I came in feeling defeated and praying for a miracle, Mike worked with my challenged credit with all his leadership for 8 hours straight and I was able to drive home the same day in my 2017 chevy trax LT I'm so happy with my new car ! I also have a warrenty , they paid for my lunch and offered water , WEST HERR really took great care of me .

Amazing buying experience !!!

So I was looking for a specific used car Mercedes’ cls 63 amg and low and behold s super cherry low miles one pops up on their website I call asap and a gentleman answers the phone by the name of Andy I told him to that I was very picky and wanted I very nice car that hasn’t been abused and if this wasn’t the right car no problem he said he would call me back and he did he went to the car first and took a video inside and out and of the car and sent it to me and followed with the phone call I was convinced this was the car I purchased the car and then with the help of David in finance I was even able to buy a warranty the car arrived ( mind you I had never seen it in person ) yesterday and low and behold exactly what they said it was literally a brand new used car I’m 57 years old and have purchased over 100 cars in my life and this truly was the most hassle free upfront purchase I haven’t ever made my hat is off to this company for the kind of people they hire great Job guys keep up the great work !!!

Routine periodic service appointment

First of all, excellent customer service and knowledge of product. The day went perfect right at the start when the Service Advisor Mark Banas answered all my questions at check in and kept me informed on what else was needed when my Acura was being worked on. On another note, the facility was updated with a very nice waiting room, with a A+ for cleanliness and a group of workers that all very much like what they are doing. Hats off to the new owners (West Herr) and all involved in making a facility that you can be proud of and the customers can be proud of. Thanks! Trustworthy Dealer

Dropped my RDX off yesterday West Herr Acura to have them check the grinding noise coming from my front end. I assumed the front calipers seized up like the rear ones did 2 months ago. They had the same symptoms. That job was done by West Herr as well. I just knew they were going to hit me up with another big repair. To my surprise, the vehicle passed all inspections. This is a first for me… to drop off my vehicle and it be diagnosed with no issues. There is hope for me trusting dealerships. Very pleased with the experience.
