Pathetic service! Our daughter is in Buffalo for college. We had her 100k service done at West Herr, it had to be corrected at our Acura dealership in San Antonio, Texas. I spoke with the service manager at West Herr, complete incompetence. My daughter will get her inspections done at Jiffy Lube before I send her back to this place. I just hope the NE USA Acura dealers aren't as worthless as this place was. They kept my daughters vehicle multiple days before even looking at it.
