Low pressure sales, very helpful sales associate

Great communication great service

Tim was very honest on delivery time and what was necessary to service. Communication during service was excellent. Service time was earlier than expected. Would recommend using this dealership for service.

recent Power steering issue

Power steering pump went out on my town and country. They were able to take my van in and assisted with my car rental while van was being fixed. Great, friendly staff delivered as promised, and I had to pay nothing on car rental

Cable guy was great as usual!

Been 3 times so far and I love that everyone there always says hi and communicates with you. Love that I didn’t get that anywhere else

Warranty Work

My van was taken in quickly. The work was done in one day. The service lady Amy was very knowledgable and courteous. I was however dissapointed in Dodge because both of my headrest airbags have deployed on their own. Salsbury fixed the first one as a courtesy to me but I feel Dodge should have fixed the first one and the second one even though I didn't buy the extended warranty. That is a faulty product.
