Excellent quality service

oil change was ok but tech changed instrument settings

The tech. messed with my settings on the computer. changed my headlight setting, the mirrors, and other things All this when I just went in for an oil change. Probably won't take it back for any other work. Would recommend with reservations.

People who make this place good

Service review

My overall experience was good. The employees that I encountered were courteous and helpful. The wait time was good. Two recalls were addressed and the vehicle serviced. This was done on Friday. I drove home to Rayville LA Saturday morning. The vehicle performed well. Monday morning I pulled my boat fishing the truck performed well going but when I started to pull the trailer and boat out of the water up the ramp it initially would not shift into drive which is a bit distressing sitting on a steep incline with deep water behind you. Eventually it went in to drive and I put it into 4 wheel drive low to pull out and that worked well however when I tried to shift back to 2 wheel drive it would not go. I tried going forward and reverse but no go. Finally after sitting idyling trying to thind of something else to try I pushed the 2 wheel button again and it shifted. I also pushed the cruise button and it would not engage while the gear was stuck in 4 wheel low. I drove home without further problems. I shifted forward and reverse several times without further problems. Please Let me know what could have cause the problem.

New truck shopping

Bought a new truck and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Freddie the salesman was great. The finance manager spelled out everything so it was very easy to understand. Didn’t feel like they were trying to rush me out the door even though it was getting late.

Had a recall on my Charger. Made an appointment and got right in. Fast and friendly service as always. Done the same day with no problem!

The best service ever

Mr. LaRoach was great!! We called him up and explained our situation. He went straight to work and got us in a awesome car with a manageable note. He was done within an hour or so and we drove off with our new car. Great job!! If your in the need of a car and everywhere else you went didnt work for you, check our Mr. Dan LaRoach and team.

Jeep suspension work

Good communication, fast turn around. Was very transparent about repairs and offered some options on items that did not require work. Jeep drives like it is new and now I have a dealership I can trust. Less stress wondering what to do next time an issues arises
