I had the engine in my 2015 Dodge Charger replaced due to be

Amy, the service representative was very professional to work with and kept me up to date on all activities regarding my repair, she coordinated well with the insurance company and moved the process along thru the completion of the work. I will return for future repairs..

I had my oil changed and it was done in a timely manner. My vehicle was checked in quickly and the service consultant was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t even miss work!

Our salesman was great! He was able to get details from my husband and find MY CAR. I liked not missing work all day! I came in at lunch and looked it over and got the ball rolling. We finished up after worked and I missed Baton Rouge traffic! A great day!

Not happy with my service...

I waited over 4 hours for 30 minute oil change and nobody can explain to me why... the wait cause me to be late for my work shift and causing me money ... very unhappy about my experience at Salisbury body on Airline...
