Awesome buying experience!!

Joe was a really good salesman to deal with. I told him what I was looking for which was a tradesman 3500 and that’s all he slowed me. He didn’t try to sell me on an $80k truck only what I asked for and we ended up making a deal. That’s how I like truck shopping!!

I don'tlike bait and switch.

I used the coupon you mailed me offering a very nice deal on oil change and tire rotation. The cashier informed me I owed a much higher amount. She said, "Oh! that coupon wasn't for the oil your new car requires." Needless to say, my esteem for your operation was not raised by this experience. JAC

Recall

I had a recall on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and the service center had me in and out in less than a hour. Excellent work!!!

Replace defective sensor

The repair was completed in the projected time-frame and I was updated periodically. The cost was in the estimate provided prior to starting the repairs .

Made an appointment they got me in and out

Made an appointment dropped it off they call when they were done I paid them and was gone . Mr. Joe Williams was very nice to deal with

Great Morning @Salsbury

Everyone was pleasant, surroundings were clean and my oil change was quick. Technicians are very experienced about my truck. I think it's important to have technicians who actually own the vehicles that they work on so that they can properly educate the customer.
