New Truck Purchase

Purchased a new 2017 2500 Mega Cab Big Horn Edition. I work away from home, and my wife went to Salsbury's. Frank L. is a close friend of mine, and Frank had Jarrad Fontenot show her the 2500 trucks they had in stock. Jarrad took his time, and answered any questions she had concerning the truck. The dealership fueled the truck, and let her take it, until I arrived back home. This was my second purchase from Salsbury's, and I am quite pleased with my wife's selection. Easiest purchase I've ever completed without seeing or test driving my new truck. Thanks Frank, and Jarrad!!

Outstanding Experience

Very good experience!

We had a great experience purchasing our new Ram 1500 4x4 from the minute we got on the lot. Kevin Turner Jr. greeted us with sincerity, was easy to talk to, willing to listen and answer our questions, and was knowledgeable about the vehicles he had for sale. Our involvement with the sales manager, Jeff Cope and the finance dept., Lee Ortego was excellent, friendly, to-the-point conversations, as well. We really appreciate the genuine way that Kevin and all the staff treated us. Many, many THANKS!!

Great painless car buying experience

Jarrad Fontenot was so helpful and made it a breeze to buy our new truck. We got exactly what we wanted and was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Won't warranty work performed NOR return phone calls

Brought my 2008 Ram 1500 in for a rattle in my exhaust/catalytic converter. Had to pay diagnostic charge of $100. Was told they had to replace a bracket that was supposed to hold the exhaust. Total bill was $197. Two days later the exact rattle started again. I looked under the truck and all that I could see as being replaced was 2 nuts on a rusty u-bolt. I called twice and the service manager would never return my call nor would anyone I spoke to tell me what the warranty was on such work. Terrible. I'll never go there again and I will tell all of my friends and everyone I can.

Unbelievable......

Traveling through Baton Rouge in my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 when it begins to misfire and the check engine light came on. Googled my way to the dealership and , wow. Turns out at 28K my bent camshaft had damaged my lifters. This is not an oil change...! The backlog is generally 2 weeks, to begin the work! I'm literally stranded 300 miles from home... That was 2 days ago. These guys LITERALLY dropped everything to diagnose, order parts and execute what the book says is an 11.5 hour job. They are test driving it now. They also found and cleared 2 open recalls. I'll be back on the road before sundown! I'm actually thankful this happened here instead of at home because I'm relatively confident that big box dealerships in Houston only think inside the box... This would have taken weeks to resolve... This is one of if not the best dealership service I've EVER had.
