great experience, was very impressed!

Shelby and Joe were a pleasure to work with, listened to what I had to say, and understood my problem with my truck. They were very diligent about fixing the issue and went above and beyond.

Jeep Wrangler - Leaking Roof (5 repairs) - Still leaking

I've brought in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler 5 times to have them repair water leaks in the roof, and it still leaks. That last time they tried to repair the leaks, they brought in a factory trained Zone Tech Advisor. Now, the roof leaks as bad as it did the first time I brought it in AND they cracked my windshield. Of course Roger in the service department claims they had nothing to do with the cracked windshield. Each time, after they repair the leaks, they claim to have tested the roof and found no leaks. But some how, each time I pick up the vehicle and test it myself (with a water hose), it still leaks. I recognize it's not Salsbury's fault the roof leaks on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. However, the way their service department has handled the repair work has been poor, at best.

Good service

I had a great service appointment on Saturday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The time estimate of the service was spot on. I would definitely recommend.

Love My Kona!

This was a smooth and easy transaction with Terry. I knew exactly what I wanted before I got to the dealership and Terry and the team made it happen. The whole process from test drive to signing docs took about 3 hours, but I left with financing (by my credit union) and insurance in place. Appreciate the post-sales call, too. I absolutely would recommend this dealership for a new or used vehicle.

After $3700.00 Jeep now fixed

My Jeep is like new.again, this dealership has helped me many times and while sometimes I got upset with the service department years ago, they have always done a great job for my family.

Great experience!! Dodge Journey Sxt

We called Terry on the phone before we even came to look. He was very nice!! We met him and began the looking process. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Was not pushy at all. He was very patient with us throughout the whole process. He made it easy peasy!! And thank you Terry, for calling and checking up on us to see how everything is going!!

Great service !!

Although I didn't purchase my jeep from salisbury I was not treated any different. I would highly recommend the service Department for any of my future service related problems are concerns with my jeep.
