Satisfied Customer - Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Our salesman Terry Belcher was very responsive throughout my experience! I had initially inquired on a Saturday night and got a response from Terry on Sunday morning (dealership ship was closed on Sunday). Terry was able to answer my questions and I was able to get a value of the Vehicle (Hybrid) quickly via online research. Terry sent me pictures via text ( I live 100 miles away) and even negotiated a lower price without me stepping into the Dealership over the next few days before my purchase. I eventually did my research and drove to the dealership and met Terry for a test drive. Terry can make a stressful process seem absolutely effortless. He went out of his way to make sure that I made the right decision and choose something that not only worked well for us in our daily lives and financially, but he made sure it was a purchase that was practical. He introduced me to Kim Guidry who spared no expense in fully explaining the benefits on owning a Hybrid (Tax Breaks, low cost of ownership, efficiency) which had me sold. I was given a fair value for my trade in as well by Mr. Kim. Special mention to Mr Dave Deason (finance) who I also worked with me in getting my out of state taxes and registration and out the door numbers sorted before I even went to the dealership to test drive. What was even more amazing about this experience was after shaking on my trade in value with Kim Guidry and then chatting about his musical experience and his long career working in the car industry, he gave me an additional discount on my trade in. 😊😊 You won’t feel the least bit pressured into anything and you'll be happy when you leave. The entire staff are customer service professionals. The purchase process is painless. As a customer I felt like I was given deal, given the what I requested in a vehicle (and doing nationwide comparison online beforehand).

Recall and oil change

The service department were very courteous and saw to all the details. Kept me informed on any and all problems or issues. I was very pleased with the service and especially Joe Williams.

Service Day from xxxx

This is the day all your service advisors will be talking about for years to come. I arrived about 6 am to beat the rush on getting my oil changed, well 32 other people decided the same thing I did. Your crew worked hard in getting everyone serviced and on the road. I was there several hours because I had a special issue with my vehicle. Ms Salisbury need to recognize the effort that went into making this Saturday a pleasant experience for everyone. I was impressed by your service advisors and how professional they were. You have a professional team assembled and they need to know they are appreciated. Thanks. I will be back , hopefully I won’t bring 32 more with me when I come. LoL.

Service

Service advisor Dawn, came right out to greet. Told her what I needed. She checked for problem in my computer and none were found. Finished my service very quickly and was kept informed all the way through.

Not good her eis your review you keep wanting

Well brakes need replacing and have not put any miles on it. It is dangerous situation to be driving with no brakes with my son with autism. Spent all my money from insurance Wreck to get safe truck and have not had it a week and went no where . No not really happy I don’t think you want me posting a review.

Very professional

Made an appointment to test drive a new Jeep Cherokee and the vehicle was out front ready to go. There website was very informative and I was able to review many models, very helpful in choosing the model I wanted. New beautiful building and excellent experience.

Good overall

It’s a great place once you move past the sales department. Never had a dealership that couldn’t give you a price over the phone..but they did take care of the concerns we had in the end

Looking for LUXURY in a truck.

I went to Salsbury's CDJR after looking at trucks online and visiting other dealers to put my eyes on the vehicles. The vehicles I looked at varied slightly in the end I got exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't. The truck is beautiful inside and out. I dealt with Joe Williams great guy made the process quite easy and quick. When I was taking time to initially decide he didn't fire off a bunch of emails asking me if I had decided which way I was going. One email that said he'd be happy to work with me when I made up my mind. The others at the dealership I dealt with were also great. Bought 2019 RAM LIMITED. If and when I'm in the market again I'll definitely go back.

Easy to work with, very helpful.

Everyone I worked with at Salsbury was very helpful and kind. I was able to get the car I wanted at a great price with no hassle and the process was very simple.

Great dealership

I have used this group since I bought my last 2019 which I had to replace due to issues that Chrysler couldn’t fix. The service people know me well and have helped me tremendously! Thanks Joe and Shelby in the service department and the techs that have worked on my vehicle for the last 6 months! And thank you to Frank and Jessie in the management team for making it right for me after having to trade my previous 2019 ram in yesterday. This dealership is exceptional! Thanks again for all the help
