This is my second time leading with Blasius Kia and both

This is my second time leading with Blasius Kia and both experiences have left me feeling extremely satisfied! Everyone I worked with was helpful and listened to what I was looking for and when it came time to paperwork and making the transaction, it was flawless. Would gladly continue to drive an hour to this dealer again for all my car needs

Called a out a car they used for a rental and made an

Called a out a car they used for a rental and made an offer, 3k lower than the asking price when adding my current car(not worth much, really high miles) and she responded "maybe we have something else in your price range" I was shocked, offering 33k and a trade for a car offered at 36k and change? My budget is 50k, just not paying close to msrp for a rental car. Bad sales, guessing the price in cars.com isn't real.

Great car!

Great car! Just what I was looking for. Lila was so awesome. She was very helpful & patient. So glad to have gotten to work with her. I highly recommend her!!!

The worst place to buy a car they will sell u a lemon

The worst place to buy a car they will sell u a lemon with lots of problems and run you’re credit 8+ times without ur permission and not return any calls regarding the problem with the vehicle I purchased a vehicle that had major electrical issues steering wheel falling in my lap after 10 mins leaving the dealership almost $5,000.00 work needed on the SUV was told by there staff take it to GMC it’s your problem took 3 days to talk to someone and then hung up on by the General Manager please don’t go there u will be scammed

This was my second leasing experience with the Blasius/KIA Dealership in Watertown, CT. It was my second lease of a KIA Seltos model. Rachel Snietka was my Client Advisor on both lease experiences. She is an asset to this Dealership. Susan Nemec ( Bus. Mgr) guided me through the completion of my Lease/Financing agreement. It seemed to proceed seamlessly. After I had my vehicle fir a few days, Ariel ‘Ace’ Noonan ( Client Satisfaction Reo) called to check to see if everthing was going. smoothly and asked if I had any questions . Again, this is my second lease experience with Blasius KIA. I love my 2025 KIA Seltos SUV.

The service dept though people are very friendly.

The service dept though people are very friendly. As long as you don’t have a problem or want something fixed.then don’t expect satisfaction. So many time the forget the little things. Example rotating tires for get to reset air pressure sensor. This happened three times. They damaged my oil pan told me I needed to pay to fix it. When doing oil changes, they say they top off all fluids, but my coolant was leaking and they never topped it off twice . So considering I bought unlimited tires and unlimited oil changes, that’s the only service they’ll ever get for me and I will never buy a car from there ever

Tricked me into getting the service and tires for life packages only to find out they’re only good at this specific dealership. Was never told that. Sleazy

Purchased the maintenance package and tires for life and

Purchased the maintenance package and tires for life and we are moving out of state. Unhappy to find out that they will not honor this program at any other Kia dealership. Was then gaslighted and belittled when I was upset and told I should have read the contract and that I’m the only customer ever who has purchased these packages and been upset and not known they weren’t transferable or refundable. Offered no solution or help or even compassion I was upset. There’s other places out there to get cars and I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone. Sleazy practices.
