I recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5 with Luis, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He made everything simple and stress-free, and the transaction went very smoothly. It was absolutely worth driving 90 miles from New York to work with him. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) My experience with Blasius Kia was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a 2025 Kia K4 retired loaner after being assured by Client Advisor Andi Pasholli that the vehicle had no wheel damage and no exterior cosmetic issues. However, photos later showed wheel damage, and the dealership refused to repair it or offer a reasonable solution. I was also told the exterior was in good condition. After taking delivery and having the vehicle professionally washed and inspected, numerous scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, and areas of missing paint were discovered throughout the vehicle. The black paint was in far worse condition than represented. When I brought these concerns to the dealership, I was told they would only offer $200 toward repairs, despite professional estimates ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 to properly correct the issues. To make matters worse, I spent several days trying to reach someone for a resolution with little success. During one conversation, after I mentioned I was considering leaving a review based on my experience, Sales Manager Mark Deal abruptly ended the call. I purchased this vehicle based on the representations made by the dealership and feel the condition of the vehicle was misrepresented. The lack of accountability and poor customer service after the sale were just as disappointing as the vehicle’s condition. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from Blasius Kia thoroughly inspect the vehicle and document its condition before taking delivery.

The worst dealership I’ve ever purchased a car from. In this day and age I thought you didn’t have to be super vigilant about getting snookered into buying “vehicle tracking” apps for almost $1,000.00 or other unneeded services. Purchased a used 40K SUV here. Sales guy Aaron did a nice job of quickly telling me the App can locate my vehicle if it’s stolen, but never mentioned what it cost, or that I had to decide if I wanted it. My fault for missing that item on the sales agreement when I was signing all of “Business Manager” Mo’s forms. Then after it was supposedly detailed in their service department it was delivered to me with a slimy windshield, crappy wash job, dirty interior touch surfaces, brake dust on the wheels, and water spots on the chrome grill. Stay away from these guys at all costs!

Recently bought a Fiat 500e from Aaron at Blasius. Buying a car is always a stressful experience, but Aaron made it great. Spent a bunch of time just hanging out, talking about traveling. Was very low pressure and we really had a nice time and walked away with a great vehicle. Made the experience of filling out paperwork a real joy. 10/10 Aaron for President.

Contacted Dealership about used vehicle and starting negotiating a deal. Drive 3 hours after signing agreement and telling them I will be into dealership Monday after arriving find out the vehicle was sold on Saturday. Then find out the person negotiating with was a receptionist and had nothing to do with sales. Very Poor Dealership.
