Excellent, my husband had total knee replacement 2 weeks prior and I was stopping in to see about buying new sportage hybrid. I was pretty sure I would have to postpone for a couple of weeks because my husband was still in pain, but they hustled and in less than 24 hrs got it done. Very happy, excellent staff , Jason one of the owners is the best. He’s my go to guy for new car, been doing business with him going on 20 years!!

Deceptive pricing tactics.
Deceptive pricing tactics. Call to inquire about a price on a vehicle that was $5,000 off MSRP. Salesperson tells me that's not the real price but that's the price if you were to lease the vehicle. The price to buy is on their website and states 5k below MSRP. Sales rep tries to gas light. Not going to work with a dealership but does pricing like this. Just give me the price of what it is to buy the car.

The good and the bad
Mixed experience with Blasius Kia. The sale was very smooth and efficient. Seemed like a great deal. But a couple weeks later I had problems with the rear tires. The dealership even acknowledged the problem and admitted the tires were old, but wouldn't spend a lousy $300 on a set of 2 rear tires to fix the problem for me. That's just low class and greedy. I won't be recommending Blasius.

This was one of the most wonderful experience purchasing a mercedes benz gla 250 from kia blasius, Christian was my sales guy and he went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied, his communication is top tier he answered all my text and phone calls, when i finally met him in person it seems like i had known him for years, i would recommend any one looking vehicle to purchase hit up christian he's the best, kia blasius I'm a customer for life.

Plenty of Dealers not doing Market Adjustments
$4000 market adjustment for a Sportage Hybrid. I'll stick with the dealers that aren't ripping off their customers, there are plenty around if you search. It may be harder to buy from them, but if $4k means nothing to you, I am sure this dealer is ok.

Terrible
The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. The sales person couldn't get my insurance straightened out so I had to do it on my own. The financial manager cracked a "joke" about the Jack Daniel's bottle in his desk, followed promptly by him asking if I drink. After having the car for less than 30 days, my dashboard lit up with 4 different lights and Kia wanted $150 just to run the diagnostics, and wouldn't take the (free) diagnostics that Auto Zone had already run, which stated it was an easily fixable issue. They also hit several snags with my family member's purchase, including neglecting to get it registered for the day they said they would, on top of forgetting to actually give her the registration upon purchase. The sales person neglected to tell my family member that her car wasn't ready, then didn't bother apologizing for the "miscommunication" when we went to pick up the cars (neither of which were ready when they were supposed to be). Neither car had a full tank of gas, despite the promise that they would. Multiple issues came up with both cars after purchase and no one responded to emails. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
