I have not purchased a vehicle in several years and I had

I have not purchased a vehicle in several years and I had the best possible experience at Blasius Kia. I am now driving a new 2024 EV9 that I absolutely love! Kwaku, John and Ace were the most helpful and knowledgeable team to work with. I am lucky that this dealership was close to my home and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Kia.

One of the best experiences buying a car.

One of the best experiences buying a car. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I told them I wanted to base the sale on the out the door price, not monthly payment and there was no pushback whatsoever. I was presented with a summary worksheet. We revised it a little bit and then I was given an updated one to sign. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I made an appointment for a test drive 2 days in advance and when I got there the car was not ready.

After three days my elderly mother’s car was returned to

After three days my elderly mother’s car was returned to her without the repair complete and the car was not put back together. The truck was apart with the bolts and covers laying inside the truck. There was a piece of trim from the back seat removed and still laying in the floor and not put back. The service call was supposed to be two hours, after three days of my mother trying to get an update - on what was going on.- she had to call them they did not once call her with an update. Instead they said they are running g behind and are very busy and someone would call her back. When she got home and realized her car was not back together she called them and they said THEY ARE TOO BUSY AND COULD NOT FIX THE MESS THEY LEFT. Needless to say- no call back. The repair was unsuccessful. The car was returned in pieces. The customer service was the absolute worst ever.

Worked with my man Dave Alderman. Energetic, but not pushy. Intelligent and knowledgeable about the vehicles. If he didn't know an answer, he asked instead of making something up. Made buying a car not as God awful as it used to be. The staff was very friendly as well!
