Great customer service
At first, we had an appointment at another Kia dealership, but we realized this Kia was right around the corner so we stopped by. A lovely saleswoman named Natasha helped us out, and worked a deal better than the one we were going to accept at another location. We walked in at 10am, and walked out around 2:30/3 with a new 2023 Kia Soul. We were also helped out by Jon , respectfully referred to as bald Jon, with the rest of the financial/legal paperwork. Everyone was very helpful and respectful to deal with, and it was even nicer not to have to drive to another location.

A Mixed Bag from Blasius Kia
I was almost totally sold on purchasing a new Kia Sportage hybrid. My initial impression was very good-Christian-my sales person- was knowledgeable and listened intently. He understood how to sell and to make the customer feel comfortable in their choice. I realized that inventory was scarce, but ironically a brand new Sportage became available that day. While we waited for the vehicle to be prepped to test drive. We talked price. We went back and forth with the Sales Mgr. and we hit a bit of a roadblock on the negotiation. We had some movement but The price came to $3,000 over MSRP. I know this is a function of the times, to a certain extent, but I wanted to at least lower it a bit more. The Sales manager knew he could sell this car for possible more than $3,000 over and would not budge- I was looking for a few $100 more and I would have made the deal. Christian was understanding and a true professional in the process. I left, but after talking to my wife (90 minutes later) called, but the car, unfortunately, was already sold. I spoke to Christian the next day to leave a deposit on another new car and found out the sales manager would not honor the total price he gave me the day before w/ the agreed discounts. Now to me as a buyer, knowing the car dealership culture matters and that the purchase is large for most consumer, That is a retail no no. I still left the deposit because of my sales person. Days later, I visited another non-Kia dealership and was given a completely 180 degree experience from the sales manager on down and left to feel like my business had value for them and I mattered. I purchased the car from them. I realize today's car dealerships have the consumer in the palm of their hand with low inventory and the opportunity to charge over MSRP--my suggestion to Blasius and others-loosen the grip and make people feel like their hard earned dollars matter with each sale. It's not about winning -it's about cultivating the brand with good customer service every time.

We couldn’t find that vehicle for you this time, but we want to assure you that every effort was made by our Sales and Management staff to do so. Worst experience
This was one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. One would think that when you are paying $30k+ for a used car, at the bare minimum the engine would have the proper level of fluids, the brakes would be serviceable, and the tires should have no issues. After buying the car I noticed the wear patter on the treads was on the inboard edge and this was causing a choppy noise that went along with the speed of the car. When I brought ths car back, they said the rear differential was bad and I had to go to Cadillac to have them fix it, as it was still under factory warrantee. After going to Cadillac and having them agree with me that 2 tires were bad and there was nothing wrong with the rear differential, I brought the car back to Blasius. After finally looking at the tires, the second time I brought it there, which they did not even look at the first time when they deemed the rear differential as bad, they finally agreed that the tire tread was not a normal wear. They measured the center tread on the tire and they said the depth was still within limits. Well, when the tire is wearing on the inside tread, of course the center tread will be unaffected. When I asked them if they would check the alignment, they said it was not needed as the tread measured “good”. I then tried to give the car back (60 day return policies) because of the horrible service I received and the horrible tires that were left on the car. Since they deem the tires to be safe, due the center tread depth within limits, they would not let me return the car and actually had the audacity to try and sell me new tires! I would not recommend anyone to ever buy a used car from here as they do not care about customer satisfaction and they will try and hide and cover up minor problems instead of just presenting a quality car.

Just bougt a used vehicle ($30k) from them.
Just bougt a used vehicle ($30k) from them. Had it a week or two. Noticed a few problems with it (one major) and they said they'd take a look. After a week or so, and emailing several people in management who never responded directly, they took it in. Then someone in service called and said those issues weren't covered. I asked him to speak to management... He called me back and said they'd send it to a dealer of it's manufacturer using the extended warranty I had purchased from them (not a Kia). It turned out the engine issue was covered 100% by the manufacturer. I'd think they'd have checked that before calling me back saying they only cover safety issues. (Not sure that's consistent with CT law either) It's been gone a week or more and I was waiting on results to do a review but their management has emailed me yet again to review them. So here it is so far...

Christian Aguilar
Christian Aguilar (sales rep) is a phenomenal sales associate. He will go the extra mile for his client. Always positive, energetic and ready to work. This process was a journey but Chris never left me out. He is very passionate about his job and he is very friendly and understanding. He always double checked with me to make sure that I was happy with my choice even up to the last minute of purchasing the vehicle. He went above & beyond to meet my needs in buying a new vehicle and made the process so much more smooth. He took the time to show me the vehicle and features before we closed in on the deal. He is not "pushy" he will give you as much time as you need to come to a decision. I would definitely recommended Christian as one of the number 1 sales rep. Definitely ask for Christian when shopping for any vehicle! They have a great selection of vehicles on their lot. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
