These Guys stand behind their Cars. I purchased a car in late September and I had some mechanical problems. It was 3 separate issues. I am not going to describe the entire situation but these Guys made things right for me and I was very thankful for that. Anyone who buys a used car anywhere I strongly recommend the warranty!! The sales folks sold me a warranty as well. The Sales Manager came from being a sales consultant of 20+ years he provides a wealth of knowledge and experience. If your not sure where to began looking for car stop in there and speak with them.

This dealership was asked to reprogram a transmission
This dealership was asked to reprogram a transmission that was recently put in a dodge charger. They said they reprogrammed it but car still did not shift properly. After telling them I thought the vehicle needed a tcm they told me something else was wrong and it would be $185 an hour. Who in the right mind would pay someone an $185 an hour when they don’t know what there doing. After taking this to another mechanic and getting a new tcm and transmission reset like it should have been when academy had it the car is driving. This dealership seems like there all about money with mechanics who shouldn’t be mechanics. Haley the girl who called me was very nice and you could tell she actually cared. Haley was the only thing positive during the whole process. I will never take my car to another Chariot shop.
